1. I was enrolled in the Army on 26 Dec 1994 and posted to 1881 Lt Regt wef Oct 1995, since then I have been serving in the same regiment with full satisfaction to my seniors and Officers and once only I was away from my parent unit for an ERE.
2. I promoted to my present rank on 01 Nov 2014 and having two years seniority in the unit and only one person senior to me in the unit who is not eligible for further promotion due to lack of eligibility criteria. In 01 Aug 2016 Sub Bagwan Singh retired from the service and the vacancy of Sub created, though I was qualified for the post, Sub TV Rajan(Dvr/MT) posted to that gap ignoring my eligibility and criteria for promotion to Sub rk. However now the ibid letter directed me to report to a new raising unit ie 345 Med Regt will totally paralyse my chance to further promotion and cease my career. Sub TV Rajan being superannuate in 31 May 2017 and I am being out of my parent unit may not considered for that gap and promote. There is not any gunner who qualified JCOs at my battery to promote which may badly affect both me and my unit’s day to day function(including operational preparedness of junior level in gunner trade).
3. In view of the genuine factor as well as my unit’s and my benefit, may I request you to kindly reconsider my posting to the new raising unit ie 345 Med regt and I may please be remain in my parent unit ie 1881 Lt Regt.

My father came back from army 3 years ago and before that he had completed 17 years of his service . Hr came back from army due to bad behaviout of army personnel . During his duty he suffered a hand injury and doctor denied him from doing duty but still his seniors forced him to do his duty . He was a havaldar in army with Rank no. 10135878P . Anf till this date he has not received any information about his pension or rejoining his duty.

I got retirement after completing my regular service. during service i was awarded twice by chief of army staff and i had battle casualty also.
I was considered fro honorary rank in jan 2016 on the eve of republic day., but i was not granted i don't know why, after again i got second chance and i granted for the honorary rank as lieutenant at independence day 2016.

As per part-i publish by lt gen (retd) hs panag dated 07.10.2013 for honorary rank (copy of case study attached. refer page number 8 of this case study).
"all ris/sub major and risaldars/subedars of the regular army including those of defence security corps only will considered for grant of honorary commission on the active list in the last of year for their color service (in two chances) jcos awarded coas commendation twice will also be treated as double decorees. however, double decorees can be recommended in the last two years of their color service (in four chances). jcos who invalided out of service or become permanent low medical category as a result of battle casualty, attributable to or aggravated by military service, will also be considered for grant of honorary commission provided them they are active list on the respective dates of award".

As per this part-i i was supposed to be considered for honorary rank at jan 2015 (republic day) and if i not granted in 1st chance then 2nd chance should be aug 2015 (independence day). but i was not considered.

Its affected on my morale and as well on the morale of troops of my unit also.
Its also affected financially to me.
If it is provision to considered two years for honorary commission. then i want to know why shoul not considered to me in this case.

My wife's name and date of birth are not correctly entered in army records now Iam going to retire and how to change her name in order to get pension...

Her adhaar card specifys different spell and army records another spell. What shall i have to do in order to correct her name as same as in adhaar card. So that she will be able to recieve pension? Please sir sort out this for me. It will be very kind of you.

I am birender singh rawat, rank - retired sub major (hony. lt).
Today on 19th oct 2016 i visited in sainik board delhi to get the sign done on my csd indent application. actually i wanted to purchase a bike through canteen. when i reached there then mr. kakkar and mr. yadav was there. i reached there at 9am but was not having information about timing also was not written on gate. when i asked from mr. yadav in his premises then mr. yadav misbehaved me alot he told very rudely that who are you and who sent you here, go from here. also when the office was opened then he did not signed on my form stating that it will be done in lansdowne but i have already taken noc from lansdowne and my csd card and my health card is of delhi only. i reached there by spending my 3 hours and what i am getting only misbehave. he did my mental harrasment. really i am very frustrated and i want some serious action on them. group captain mr. sharma also came at 1200 noon but office opens at 1000. the condition of sainik board is in very bad condition. now after having these facilities i have to buy bike from outside. very dissapointed with the behaviour and work style of these people. if head is not coming on time them we know what will happen in organisation. kindly revert me.

I'm Jc 755234W Hony Capt ANANDAN M, who were retired from service (EME) on 01Jan 2015. I'm holding a PLI policy No APS-1174168.I intend to continued my policy there after and deposit future premium in cash at Devlali Post Office.

I have been submitted my Application for Transfer of policy to Addl Directorate General of APS, PLI Cell, PIN 908716, C/O 56 APO on 05 Jan 2015. He also belongs from dakhine dinajpur the official in continuously harassing me sending me abusive text and blackmailing me.. The official is harrasing me from last 2months... Dear all, i m writing my complain here because i want justice for my mama ji death. It ws earlier said that he died because of heart attack but after the autopsy report came it ws said that he didn't dies bec of heart attack... Even in the newspaper of punjab it ws clearly mentioned that he had some marks in his abdomen portion.. Someone from the regiment itself did this with him bec he ws a vry hardworking n good person.. N bec he just gt promoted.. I really want to know the real reason behind his death. His name was bharath rangnathan his lst posting was in chandigarh were he took his last breath.. I cnt see my bua n her only 1 yr old son suffering... #justice for bharath rangnathan#

My name is philip raisundaram. my army no. is 6782346. my ppo no. is s/13205/68. i served in the army from 03/02/53 to 30/07/66. my dob is 16/06/1933 but it was wrongly entered as 16/06/1937 in sbi kamptee branch (code: 400) where i have my pension account. due to this i am not being able to avail the benefits provided to 80+ employees. i request you to look into the matter and also please renew my discharge book.

On july 4, 2016, i was stopped by two off duty soldiers from sikh regiment of indian army having issues with me smoking in my car with a khanda hanging in it.

The 2nd guy started the conversation and asked if i am a punjabi and reacted saying if i have seen a sardar smoking ever. then he warned me to come a little ahead with the word, "bhenchod" thrice because there was a traffic cop near by.

I was going to the bank and then to my office for a very important call.

I was then stopped in the middle of the road and pulled out of my car with the same abusive language with words like, bhenchod, bhosdike, madarchod and so on.

I told him politely that i like the culture but, i am not a strict follower of the religion so i did not know that i was not supposed to. i believe in the god but, not any specific religion.

Even after me being so polite and saying sorry if i hurt their religious feelings, they took the glasses off my face and broke them.

Put their hands on my shoulder and warned me that if they ever see me again, they are going to shoot me in the head because they are hardcore jatts from the sikh regiment of the indian army which they kept boasting about too many times.

Then they forced me to pick the dropped cigarette from the road for me to smoke it so that they could take the photo of it, which i refused (i do not for what because i am sure neither of these two almost uneducated ill mannered soldiers had any idea o[censored]sing internet to be able to escalate this to any other level).

The second guy's ego was so hurt that he continued using the abusive language in public, snatched things out from my car in anger which includes a khanda which i got from bidar (after driving more than 280 kms away). it was of high values to me as i further customized it with a self made paint job which shows my sentimental values towards it. it was hung with a heavy silver chain inside the car which these two snatched from my car and refused to return in-spite of me requesting too many times in public.

They questioned me on my attire, my hair style, my beard, my tattoos which nobody gave anybody a right to speak about.

They even took picture of my car's registration number for don' know what!!!

These two sick head soldiers warned me again to shoot me in the head and left from there abusing in public at safilguda railway station.

These two were on an old black honda activa with a fancy font of punjab's registration number so i could not get the number right, but, i can surely recognize the vehicle.

They rushed too fast, drove like a maniac on that activa and entered their quarters near the safilguda railway station just to get rid of me because there were two more guards who would not let me inside those "not so livable" army residential area.

As a result of all this public nuisance, i was late to the bank making me go through a loss of a total of inr 11080/- + inr 2960/- + inr 5850/- as i was going to the bank to get the balance transfer done from hdfc bank to icici bank which i know either of these two can not afford to repay me even together.

Now because i was getting late to the office, i could not get this done on time resulting in me paying for this month for this whole amount and unnecessary mental trauma.

Now because of them pulling out of my car, snatching stuff out of my car, crushing my glasses just because i was wearing them while talking to a bloody off duty soldier (not even an officer, speaking in ill-mannered, uneducated, abusive language)

I belong to a family of 4 out of which my dad and my brother are highly reputed officers in ministry of defense. my dad is in fact equivalent to a brigadier in army or commodore in navy in uniform. i did not want to take their help in this because i faced this inappropriate behavior as a common citizen and no one gives the army soldiers the right to cause inconvenience to the common citizens.

My annual income tax is triple than that of their one month's salary and i expect them to be polite and helpful to the citizens and not boast about them being in the army.

I am sure no one from the department would even care to read it, understand it or feel it.

Everybody knows how "well" they are treated by their citizens which they come out and show it on the civilians, their wives, children or any one they could take this out to.

Thank you indian army, for of being no help to most of the civilians.

They do deserve respect for all what they do, but, because of people like these in the forces, they take away all the respect hard earned by so many others.

Take the most possible strict actions on this issue to before i see them again on the same vehicle and file a legal complaint because i was threatened to be killed by the two of your people from the indian army which is meant to serve the people.

I am santosh b patil a son of an ex-serviceman who served 17 years in indian army as a soldier, sir i want to know that why only indian army select youngsters in age between 19 & 20 after that there are so many like me, who thinks to join indian army with a gud position like leutenent or other post but indian army allows only 10+2 candidate to join for nda exam it means for 19 age or 20 age youngsters, basically in that age some o[censored]s not even able to think what to do in future after some diploma some of youngsters think to join indian army with full of confidence but indian army doesn't offer the opportunity to such people, the indian army offer post after some degree that s also by applying upsc exam but some o[censored]s want to join as like leutenent nd other post,
I hardly request indian army to allow such diploma candidates and after 21 age students to join indian army even they also want to join & serve for nation. jai hind.
