Personnel no: 15186490F, Rank: GNR, Trade: TA had been to my home for marriage proposal with his parents, brother-in-law Govindraju, Ramesh & sisters. Our families agreed for the marriage proposal & decided to arrange our marriage in month of Feb/March 2016. So, we were conversing on phone since May 2015 he used to visit my home whenever he was on leave.
On 9th Aug 2015 when my dad was hospitalized in Mallya Hospital Bangalore, my entire family was there with dad, I was all alone at home, my husband Mr. Kumaraswamy S/o Siddagangaiah resident of Ramanagara colony Huchveeraiahna Palya baragena halli post Sompura hobli nelmangala Tq Dobspete-562111 reached my home saying I forgot your parents are at Bangalore, he said today is his birthday so he came to give sweets for me I had that sweets noticing me isolated he asked for a glass of water when I went inside to get water he had closed the main door I was so shocked seeing it, I went to open the door he forcibly closed my mouth & pulled me inside the room & started explaining he is on leave he will be going for duty in few days so he is going to miss & he can’t wait till marriage anyhow your father is unhealthy he requires time to recover. I like you so we will get married now only in front of god I felt giddiness & was about to faint he went on doing promises that you are my life partner trust me, when I woke up after sometime I realized he had physically intimated with me(raped me), when I interrogated him for doing so, he said not a problem we will manage anyways we will be getting married nothing wrong in this I was so afraid, felt betrayed & was thinking how to speak about this to my parents so when I asked him to speak about the same to our parents he denied so, I said one day or the other day we had to face the outcome like pregnancies so we had to inform them.
He said they will not understand us, they will make a big issue so, lets us sort this together & said we will marry. He married me at a temple & took me to his parent’s home. His parents didn’t allow us inside when my husband explained what all had happened his grand-father Venkatagangaiah (Thimmaiah), Kumar (President of Bhovi sangha), his sister Pavitra & her husband Ramesh convinced his entire family saying it’s not a inter-caste marriage the girl is of our choice it’s ok let us accept & give her a life so, I stayed with him & his family members for a month from 9th Aug 2015 to 5th Sept 2015.He along with his family members used to harass me daily mentally & physically, also did domestic violence & man handling with me for my parents property, cash & jewelries. He reported to duty on 14th Aug 2015 in his absence his family members (his mother Girijamma, his sister Pavitra, his grand-father Thimmaiah, brother Venkatesh & his brother-in-law Siddaraju) used to ill treat me by beating me badly & locking me inside without giving food, water & clothes, they even said you are character less you are a raped victim, a [censored] you can never become wife of my military officer son & our daughter-in-law. Ours is a prestigious orthodox family if people come to know about you that you are a rape victim how we, our son can ever digest all these.
Their motto was to get rid of me if I don’t fulfill their dowry demands, they always tried to break communication with my husband as he was hospitalized in Mumbai due to nerve/vein surgery in Mumbai in that time also he was not speaking to me on phone even though I was so much worried & had concern on him. When I pleased my In-laws to call him on a leave to take rest they asked me for dowry only then I was allowed to see my husband face. On 5th Sept 2015 my In-laws along with her daughter Pavithra hitted me badly holding my hair, tried to snatch my thali & I was thrown out of my husband house with my belongings. When I informed the same to my husband he said if you stay back I will ask them to pour kerosene & burn you, his grand-father had told them if I stay back they had to lodge a theft complaint on me, they told me they will do both the things if I stay back they showed me that they have already removed the room door of my room. I begged them for saving my life & send me to my husband work-place. I desperately waited for hours together then my father-in-law convinced me saying he will reunite me with his son & convince his family if I go get the dowry so, I had to listen to him he dropped me to dobspet & asked me to get into tumkur bus & warned me not to call my husband & to them unless & until I arrange all their dowry demands. Now my husband & his family members are saying they don’t know me they are searching for a girl for 2nd marriage to my husband.

When I had been to lodge a complaint on 11/9/2015 in his residence limits Dobspete rural police station Pc Ramachandrappa threatened me & my mother that we have to write the complaint according to his statement since I had no proof of marriage or else he will not take the case when I asked the reason he said it’s a order from higher authorities believing him we had lodged the complaint according to his statement as I am unable to read & write in kannada., no procedures have been carried to solve my problem, instead the SI maruthi didn’t accept any one evidence, didn’t take any of my witness statements though I bought them to station for 3-4times seeing all these I realized they had committed with my husband family to wash out the case & has done NCR on 25/9/2015 without notifying us, even though I had agreed to the PC Ramachandrappa commitment of 50, 000 Rs for him & SI. I had already given 10, 000 Rs to the Pc Ramachandrappa when he had been to collect cctv footage at tumkur shettihalli Anjenayya temple. When Pc demanded the rest amount I said after the processing of my case I will give, I had even given 1000’s, 500’s to the Pc whenever I had visited the station. SI instead of helping me out he used to say from the day one that you need the same boy in spite of bringing you to the station for a month then how can you live with him for rest of life. SI had spoken to my husband on call, knowing everything he said whatever I had told him as the evidences they are fake & graphics, he concluded saying anyone can create these evidences. He failed to call my husband as well as his grand-father Thammaiah even after we pleased & requested him many times.
I am not able to undergo my husband & his family member’s torcher especially Thammaiah Girijamma & Pavithra are cooking up new stories for my husband in spite of me staying in my parents’ home they haunt & taunt me like anything. Listening to them my husband calls up to scold me in late nights saying I had passed him a miss call.
I have photos taken together, voice call recordings, call registeries which can be verified in FSL labs & I am ready to undergo any medical examinations to prove that we had physical relationship as husband-wife. A letter signed by the residents of my husband village saying they had seen me staying in my husband home with his family members for a month, they have seen me my husband going together couple of times & have also seen my father-in-law Siddagangaiah dropping me in two wheeler to dobspete. If the photos proved to be graphics, if the call recordings, call registries are proved to be fake, if any of my evidences are proven fake then I am ready to undergo any punishments through law & order Please do process my case ASAP.
This case is not as simple as it appears sir/madam because its matter of my life & my family they my husband & his family members have threatened us to death if we take the case further one or the other day they will vanish me & my family members they even said sheena boora murder case is a reminder for you if you don’t stop the process. So, please respond & take actions to solve my case at the earliest as possible.

Prayer: I want my husband, I want to save my married life. Also I want to save lives of girls like me who can be the next victim to my husband family in future. If I don’t get a life from him & his family, they have to be punished severely for their mistakes.
