Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that an online fraud has taken place with me and an amount of 15, 998 has been withdrawn from my account on 16.04.2021 at around 8:30 am. Please note that the modus operandi of the fraudsters was to send QR codes to my whatsapp number and stealing the money .I had posted an ad at OLX for selling my old washing machine, these guys contacted me and convinced me that they are interested in buying the same, after this they insisted that they will transfer me the agreed amount via google pay and after that the fraudsters sent me the QR code and asked to scan it using Google pay .Before i could realise that i am being cheated the transaction already took place and my hard earned money was gone.

Also note that they are posing as Army personnel, also they have in possession Voter card, Aadhar card, Pan id, Army ID of Genuine army soldiers and in their name they are committing the fraud bringing a bad name to the prestigious Indian Army .

Avdesh kumar contacted me asking about house to rent as he is shifting and while trying to pay advance, my money 2 lakhs got debited and they are not returning and now not answering calls

मी अर्जुन धामणे दिनांक- 13/4/2021 या दिवशी facebook वर मला एक कार आवडली होती, म्हणुन मी या व्यक्तीस कॉल केला तर त्याने इंडियन आर्मी मध्ये असल्याचे सांगितले, त्याची गाडी विकायची आहे कारण त्याचे ट्रान्सफर दुसऱ्या ठिकाणी झाले आहे असे मला सांगितले, आणि आर्मी वरती विश्वास ठेवून मी कार घेण्यास तयार झालो, त्या व्यक्तीने मला सर्व कागद पत्रे ही त्यांनी मला माझ्या whatsapp वर पाठवले, मग काय माझा विश्वास अजून बसला आणि मी गाडी घेण्यास त्याला delivery करण्यासाठी 3150 रुपये Google pay केले, नंतर त्याने माझ्याकडून gate pass साठी माझ्याकडे 11400 रुपयाची मागणी केली, आणि पुन्हा मला त्याने 1100†400 असे pay करायला सांगितले आणि मी pay सुद्धा केले, तेव्हा त्याने मला सांगितले की आता तुम्ही address दिल्या ठिकाणी गाडी 1 तासांमध्ये तुमच्या घरी पोहोचेल, पण 3 तास झाले तरी काही गाडी डिलीव्हरी झाली नाही, मी कॉल केला तर मला सांगायला लागले की insurance चे पैसे pay केल्याशिवाय तुमची डिलीव्हरी होणार नाही, मला थोडी त्याच्यावर शंका आली आणि मी त्यांना live location पाठवण्यास सांगितले तर मला बोलायला लागले की मला ते काही पाठवता येत नाही, नंतर त्याने मला छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज इंटरर नॅशनल एअरपोर्ट चे location पटवले पण ते live नव्हते, म्हणून मी त्यांना live location पाठवा मी तिकडे येऊन insurance पैसे pay करतो आणि गाडी घेऊन जातो, तर त्यांनी मला नकार देतो, मला ते insurance चे 21450 रुपये pay करायला सांगत होते पण मी ते त्यांना pay केले नाहीत, मग त्यांनी मला कॉल करून सांगितले की गाडी आणि तुमचे पैसे सिज केले आहेत ते तुम्हाला काही मिळणार नाहीत आणि त्याने माझा कॉल कट केला, त्याचा बरोबर कॉल वर बोलणे झाले त्याचे कॉल रेकॉर्डिंग आणि मला त्याने 1 मिनिट विडिओ कॉल केला होता त्याचे सुद्धा रेकॉर्डिंग माझ्याकडे आहे तरी ते मे तुम्हाला पाठवत आहे, तरी कृपा करून या इंडियन आर्मी चे नाव सांगून फ्रॉड चालू आहे तो थांबवावा आणि माझे पैसे नाहीतर गाडी मला refund मिळावी ही नम्र विनंती,

My friend just saw an page in instagram and contacted to the person, it was iphone 11, he bargained through whatsapp and came to the final price of 10k.Then he asked him to pay 1k for shipping the delivery and for confirmation he asked 4.5k he just paid all. Then he is asking for remaining money, by pretending that they would deliver in a day. He just paid 5.5k can anyone solve the problem

I visited the website www.carandbike.com from there I got Mr. Akshat Shah mobile no. I called him as he was selling his bike Hero Splendor Plus GJ06 MG 5686. He claim himself as Military servant. I booked his bike at Rs.18000.00. He asked me pay 1120 for sending bike via military parcel, then he asked to pay 4199 for TP. Later he asked to pay 4100 and 99 separately. Again he asked to pay 8398. In total I paid him Rs17916 which I paid him via Phonepe and Paytm at mobile no. [protected]. Again he asked me to pay 13500 as GPS fees, then I realised its a fraud and I visited near by police station, police there asked me to call at 100, I called and he gave me complaint no. and I received a call from Cyber crime. Request you to please help me get my money back.

A man named Arun Rana we don't know it's his true name or not but he showed his identity card and told he was working in Cisf indian army and was trying to sell some things in a cheaper price he talked with us over phone and told us before he gives us the product he want the money so we said ohk we ll pay it in cash but he refused to take it in cash said for covid purpose he will take it in online payment...so at first he showed us this Arun Rana I'd and a fake Indian courier service receipt which I will uplod and at first he took 2100 then after some time he again called and took 3000 by saying it's for thr parcel to receive then after that again he called and asked us for more 1000 so again we gave him..but at last again when he called and asked for 2000 we refused and told him to return our money then...he blocked all our calles and also blocked from whatsapp..he's doing this by saying he is working for indian army...

Ketan Jopir was selling few second hand items on facebook which I was interested in buying. I spoke to him and made an initial token amount payment, after which he asked for an additional GST amount which I said I would pay on delivery of the item. He denied the same and blocked me on all possible media. He is also not willing to give the refund. Being in the army he did something like this which is shameful to our country.

I searched for Canon EOS 80D camera. That i got one result. I chat with Him. He says that He is an Indian Army. And he sends his Proof. I truat him. He tolds to pay 5000 Advance. I paid. Then he send One Fake Courier Bill. Regarding Camera. But i don't have knowledge. I thinks this is original. After He told to pay 13, 000 for Courier Hold Charge. I refused to pay. He told that you not pay i didn't refund your 5000 money amd Camera. I afraid and get loan from neighbor and pay him 13, 000 after he says pay 7000 that also i pay. He told that you got delivery within 24 hours. But 2 days over i didn't get anything. I asked him Where is camera. I don't need camera send my money back. He use so many badwords and He said that you are fool. All Indians are foolers. I fooled many amount. I shocked and Afraid to Complaint because i am very poor family. If i told this to my Mom. She die. Because Our month salary only 5000. So many Frauds are there using an Indian army ID's. And Fraud with me. I realized that i never get my money back. Please anyone fix my Problem. Please take a look.
