I had received a call from man calling himself as a officer in Indian army said his name Nitin Singh tomar
I am reseller selling multiple product
He asked for socks I said you can pay money on delivery
But he said that he will pay money online
Then he asked me to scan his qr and send 10 rupees luckily I don't have phonepe, I installed and tried but asking for debit card info that I don't have because it's my father's account

Then he said for photos of debit card I doubted and asked for his identity
He send me his aadhar card and one card of his post

I agreed fully.

I sended him photos and suddenly otp popped in phone I understood whole game. He asked for otp and I told him
To talk to his senior. He denied

I asked for video call. He video called for 2 seconds and cut phone .

Then I understood I blocked him on my whatsapp as well as phone

And requesting to you if you receive any call naming Indian army just say jay hind and put it back

Because it became more nowadays.

I AM NOT AGAINST INDIAN ARMY, BUT HE USED ALL THE ID AND MENTIONED IN THE QUIKR AD. AND CHEATED ON BEHALF OF THE ARMY ID.

This incident took on 6.1.21, today. A person named MANJEET (HAVILDAR) had posted a cycle on quikr. I had a chat with him on whatsapp and agreed with an amount of 3500 for the cycle. He said he will make the delivery free of cost. He also sent me his id stating Indian Army, HAVILDAR MANJEET.
He said to pay 2000 in advance, i accidentally paid him 2000+2000 because 1st payment gpay didnt show. Then he arranged a courier boy and the courier boy demanded Indian army courier charge which is fully refundable an amount of 2850, i paid. After a few moments later he said, you paid wrongly it has to be paid 2800+50 separately, i paid that also, he convinced me that the amount is fully refundable within 30 minutes.
After few moments later he demanded 4199 because i am not an army person so i have to pay the amount for "non army charge", i refused and said to cancel the order. He said ok, but the amount will be refunded after three months.
Then i googled his name havildar manjeet, there i saw he is a frauder, and he has cheated many, and his post is still in quikr.
Please help me to get my refund.

I was searching to buy iPhone 6S. I got a great deal on OLX.
A guy name Ashok Kumar Bhushan, said he is a Army Professional and he is selling his iPhone 6S at 6800/-. So i make the deal.
so on 06th Jan 2021, he call me to say that he is about to dispatch courier from MANESAR ARMY HQ through (INDIAN ARMY REGIMENT OFFICE COURIER SERVICE PARCEL BY INDIAN ARMY).
-then he call again and said make upfront payment (as he didn't have much money to book the courier) so i paid the 1800/.
-then a courier guy call and said "i can't see your payment. please make payment for 2900+99/-. so i transfer 2999/-. then called and said you transferred wrong amount please 2900/- and after one minute 99/-. so transferred the amt.
-then called me to transfer 1850/- for GPS settlement. so, i transferred the amount.
-then he asked to transfer 3500 for making refund payment in cash. then i suspect something wrong, so i told the army person to transfer then he just talking about i don't have the money and i can't do it and if i didn't make the payment, my money will never be refunded.

Some body called Sachin shing Cisf Commando he says that he is from army he had got transfer so that he what to sell he's car so that he will send all fake documents like CISF ID Card and Athercard and he say's that to send 3100 for Develiry
the car after transfing the amount he says the he will say that he will release the car from the mysore air port and he will send the small delivery boxes if we ask you it is so small he will say that it is all documents and at last he sayed to send ATM Card and Athercard Xerox but we didn't send

And somebody called Vikash Patel he says that to deliver the future s like sofa cabord, T. V, A. C, dining table, frich, washing machine, Bed and they ask to send 10000 to there account after sending they will say that the amount how many times if we call and ask they will say that the amount is not reach

I saw an ad on OLX site (Ad id:[protected]) for 2nd hand scotty then i started chatting with guy on olx but later on whatsapp, He told me that he is an army person posted in jaselmer and soon his transfer going to be in mumbai, so he would like to sell his scotty. I convinced and he asked me to transfer some amount, so initially i transfered only 2000 but after 30 mints he send me pictures of scotty stating that he is in indian army post office and they are asking for 40% payment then i argued with him but again he convinced me stating that this army protocol, so he again talked to his officer and told me that he is sending scotty by train, so charged would be less but you will have to pay 4000rs more, so again i convinced and transferd 4000rs, so total 6000rs transfered via phonepay app. There was no clu for cheating because he gave me an indian army post office slip, where indian army stamp also there
I was just checking on internet to track the parcel with the given receipt of indian army post office but i found that there was lot of complain with the same guy wiht diffrent name like Sahil Kumar, Rajveer etc. then i realized that he cheated me also. i am attaching the pics sent by cheater on whatsapp for your ref. Also i shared my Pic, driving license and aadhar card with him on whatsapp, so i am afraid that they might misuse. so request you to please look into this because they are looting our money and most importantly that they are destroying indian army image.

I have been also fraud in the name of indian army he was selling a iphone se and I told that I I'll take it and he asked me for advance of 1000rs and sent me his aadharcard and the next day they told they will to verify tour corrier package and to pay 3120rs as per I totally payed 5800 to him including all amount but now he is saying to give ur paytm password and otp

I wanted to sell my Oscar TV 21 inch colored and uploaded it on OLX in 5999 rupees. A person contacted me on 20 December 2020, near about 12:30 afternoon on my mobile number [protected] and called himself an army hawaldar Mohan Singh posted in Deoria Army Canteen at New Colony. He bargained about TV and offered 5500 rupees to pay. I agreed and said to him to pay. He told me that he would pay only through googlpay or phonepay. I told him that I didn’t have both apps and I can send you my account number along with IFSC code. He denied and requested me to install at least one app either googlepay or phonepay to receive money. Having install googlepay and phonepay and get linked that with my bank acount I told him to pay. He further said that at first he would send me 1 rupees for testing that is there some money exist in my account or not. He sent me 1 rupees’s QR code and request me to scan and pay. I followed as he said. One rupees debited from my account. When I asked about it he said that all money will refund. By degrees, he got 10800 rupees from me having send QR codes. I asked him to return all my money, he further sent me some QR codes and asked me to scan to receive money but I denied. I had realized that I was cheated. Quickly I made a complain on cyber crime reporting portal on home ministry website of India. Next day I went to New Colony and searched him but didn't find. I made a call to him and asked him to reveal his locaton but he said that now he was posted in Gorakhpur then i went to my bank and get blocked my ATM card then I went to cyber cell Deoria and reported about this fraud. Now a days I am requesting him to return my money but he is trying to make me fool.
