1. I have honor to submit the following facts for your consideration and favorable action please.

2. I have humble request that myself kanhaiya lal[protected]m, hav/clk) serving in indian army since sep 2009. I am posted in jammu & kashmir (Ci ops area) (Aps, 16 ccpu) since last 2 years and belong to vill-bhudarsu thana-refinery district - mathura up 281005. We are six brothers, my elder brothers residing in village with family and mother-father. My two younger brothers are also serving in indian army both are posted at operational area. My father’s cousin ashok, dara singh and narayan singh living separately with his all legal belongings. Our separation was done on mar-apr 2005 in presence of all relatives by 84 villages’s panchayat. We have agricultural land which was in the name of my father’s grand father. My father’s grandfather and my grandfather pass away before long time ago.

3. Sir, on separation it is decided that agricultural land and all property is equely divide in to all legal partner in presence of our relatives. We also make an agreement on actual ownership of all property in presence of all relatives. Ashok, dara singh and narayan singh s/o gyasi are using their part of property since mar - apr 2005 after separation. They have build their house on their part and we have also built our house on several part of land. Now, we have rented our several lands for for the jio tower. So they are abstracting it, while our part is on that land. They are continuously threatening my family to trespassing to our land and making to many difficulties in farming.

4. My family is in fear of any untoward incidents and threat to life from the above mention persons. All are criminal background person and they are involved in a lot of accused under ipc section and one of them also suspected in article 302 and 307 etc. Dara singh was harassing my father last six months. He moves with illegal weapons and threatens to kill my father and brothers extremely. My father and mother are very ill due to old age problem further my father was attacked by sons of gyasi and made him a bed hidden.

5. In view of the above to overcome the problem not only my family members but also by me. It is earnestly requested to kindly arrange an immediate proper action on the persons, so that i will perform my duties without stress and stain with pure devotion and dedication in the interest of my nation.

6. I and my family will highly greatfull for this act of kindness and immediate action is highly soliciated.

I want to lodge a complaint against a army official who says he belongs to special forces. He has been calling and texting me and harassing me since 2 years. I have been mentally torchered by this guy. I want him to be expelled from army as he doesn't deserve to be there.
I dont want to offend indian army but, this is really embarrassing on the part of the recruiting authority to hire such criminals in army.

This man joined indian army by illegal certificates and he is not physically fit by feet because he have flat feet
One more complaint one lady same village belong this she is threaten by kajal singh.
Every day this man hirass the old lady and faimly is also same village
I would request you please check the certifiactes and feet also
I have all papers and fake certificates that belong to kajal singh

Recovery of loan from jatinder kumar s/o dharam pal no 4486520 y for rs 100000/-. Put many registerd post but no response. As the above person is now posted at 19 rr 974519 c/o 56 apo. Its an sort of personal loan. He has taken a loan in 2015 but till date not received an single penny.

I am p kanthi kiran grand son of pattabhi sitaramayya (Congress founder independence leader), daily people from remote location are shouting of there criminal substitutes who include y s jangan mohan, chiranjeevi (Amruth prasad), sunil kumar, vani (These belongs same family). They have recovered the telegraph money, axis bank and many apart from complete mining in india. Complete hiv trafficking in india is made by the same y s jangan mohan, chiranjeevi (Amruth prasad), vijay (Son of amruth), sunil kumar (Son of rajararatnam arrest by usa), vani, prakesh, vamshi krishna (Father income tax office llv prasad rao).

My family members are in good police jobs not only in india but also at western side cops. We have not committed any crime since form independence. I am becoming sick because of these people.

Please kindly take the necessary action

Jai hind sir, my self nk /auto elect adusumalli sriramkumar of 6 kumaon regt. Sir, in my unit tellingvthat only postpaid connection is valid for anyone, no prepaid connection. Sir nowadays prepaid is much better cheaper than postpaid. (Ex 400 for unlimited calls and data for prepaid for 3 mnths, at the same cost for 1 mnth in postpaid). Pls think about on this issue. Noone escape from telecom security. Thats not impossible to an ordinary soldiers.in my unit prepaid simcards destroyed. Pls think about this sir,

This is neha sharma d/o of satish sharma. I wish to bring to your notice that i was mentally harrass by one of an army soldier named mohammad altaf khan posted in rajouri, jammu and kashmir. He is harassing me and blackmailing me by uploading pics on social sites (Fb, whats app, insta). I blocked him from everywhere but then also he is calling me from many unkown numbers of other soldiers and messaging me from some social sites (For proof i can send you the screenshot).
I decided to over this matter by myself because i don't wanna involve my parents in this, m ca final student residing in delhi, if i m going to involve my parents my career will ruin for sure. To deal this matter personally i had contact with his sister but nothing good has come.

I was silent about these incidents for long but now it's not tolerable my studies are suffering. I request you take some serious action against him, so that he cant harase and ruin any other girl's life.

My army service pension is 27000 per month in which Rs 5985 is deducted as commutaton but Rs 1180 deducted as IT each month from April 2017. IT ceiling limit is more than 2, 50000 5%on exceeding income. My exceeding income is 74000 per year. So It is too much deducted. Please clarify through msg or email at the earliest

Non payment of pli maturity. Sir, i am nk t b solankarl. My pli policy no aps-838684l has got matured 04 sep 2017. Original bond alonwith connected documents were submitted to the authoritie on 04 oct 2017. A month has been span but no intimation or payment received yet. Request do the needful for early payment i being in critical financial hardship

Which rules allow that an army personnel can hit you asking for confirmating his identity?

I was stopped by someone in army dress in muzaffarpur area. He was addressing himself as hawaldar. He asked me to show me vehicle papers and i asked why he is asking for the same. Then while talking he tried removing my bikes key, when i resisted he started assaulting me with bamboo stick in his hand.

Without any reason how can he assault someone just for asking his identity and telling him that it supposed to be a police job. Which constitutional rules allows him to do that.

Is civil rights are not applied in army area and how can they just behave like holligun and gets escaped.

Sir, i am having rd account in 639 fpo af stn jamnagar. As non core facilities are being closed in apo, i approached 639 fpo for closing of my account. But field postmaster sub jyothis has refused to close the account and told me to approach delhi head quarters for closure. Sir i was posted to jamnagar af stn but now i am presently posted to assam area. I left my family at jamnagar. It is not possible for me to get leave everytime for this purpose. Kindly help me out...

My date of enrollment : 27 july 1980 and date of retirement from service on 31 july 1997 (Original p. P. O no. Ss/018162/ 97) army. I am still getting 20% disability pension which is not updated after circular no. 583. But i am eligible for 50% disability pension. So i request you to approach pcda for broad banding of disability pension at the earliest.
