[Resolved] Indian Bank — Amount refunded from Amazon but not credited to my bank account | |||
My name is Yashika Agarwal and I had ordered Lakme 9 to 5 Weightless Mousse Lip and Cheek Color, coco soft, 9 kg amounting Rs. 531/- from Amazon on 19-Nov-2020 the product was damaged so i requested for the refund and they confirmed my refund on 22nd Nov 2020 and initiated the refund on 22nd Nov 2020 itself to my card but still not received the money. Amazon sent me this reference id no. 75503720328043886607821 and told me to fill charge dispute form of Punjab National Bank but i am unable to do so. So kindly respond to this complain, it's very urgent. The name registered with Amazon is Dhruv Agarwal and the number registered with Amazon is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
