I purchased the order no 10th April order number[protected] some reason I cancelled the order from Amazon site and then are send refund money on 10th April 2019 reference number[protected] but money is not credit in my bank account.

My money missing Indian bank

I have purchased Mobile Camera Lens Kit from amazon on 6, May 2019 by making payment of 1, 999 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on May 28 with refund reference number of 5590350689506175703058. They even shared transaction id on my request - 4G9U6MY5V4M. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

Kindly resolve the issue

On 12th May 2019, I Bought 2 Vouchers of same value Rs. 5, 000.00 each from my Paytm Account.
One of them reached in paytm account but other one could not.

I spoke to Paytm Officials but they said that “ You need to visit your Bank, as we have not received / returned the same “

Kindly look into this and take the necessary action accordingly. Your prompt response will be highly appreciable.

I have already raised this issue to the Bank twice, but no fruitful revert yet ...

I am a retired staff of indian Bank(SR30226).I get pesion from our Panihati (02095) Branch.Me and my wifeI lost
Rs121384/ in a fraud case on 10/06/2020 and 11 /06/2020.I do not know how the fraudster collected our account number.To be honest I filed charge dispute wherein my account number was protected by your office.On
that day you credited Rs14999/ being Amazon refund on Debit card with a/c with Indian Bank by Amazon..I have been compelled to close the concerned SB a/c[protected] & open one new SB a/c bearing number SB [protected] .on16/06/2020.Now also, I have 3 refunds from Amazon.Orders were placed on 03/06, 06/06 and 08/06/2020.for Rs209/, Rs749/ and Rs280/ respectively.I request you to intimate changed SB A/C number to concerned section.I also request you to credit the refunded amount to my new SB account.My wife's account number was SB[protected], and that is closed and replaced by another existing A/C.

I purchased one wrist watch thru Flip Kart.The watch had to be cancelled.They refunded Rs1646/ being the cost of the watch.Refund id is[protected].I request you to credit the amount to my SB A/c[protected].I hope that you will credit the amount to my account noted above.

Reference number 30005402100207174187989 Amazon give this i not get refund 17499 rupees so i complaint Amazon give reference number . I did Payment on July 25th 17499 .
