visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
Kindly resolve the issue.

I took a formal shoes from Tata Cliq of Rs. 2529 but next day the message come from Tata Cliq that your payment could not received. Then I pay twice of same product. After receiving my shoes I returned the old one. I proceed everything according to company. Finally my payment is returned but due to bank service, payment still pending. I am waiting for last 20 - 25 days .

I purchased the order no 16th february 21 order number-Your Amazon.in Order #[protected] some reason I cancelled the order from Amazon site and then are send refund money on 26th february2021reference number[protected] but money is not credit in my bank account.
