I have purchased groceries from amazon on[2nd may 2021] around 3:36 pm by making payment of INR 2387 through UPI.
I have cancelled the order on the same day [2nd May 2021] and amazon initiated two refunds, 1st on[2nd May 2021] around 11:49 pm and 2nd on 3rd May 2021 around 12:27 pm with refund reference number of both as [[protected]].
Till date I have not received the refund amount of INR 2387 as seen from the transaction history of Indian Bank Mobile App.
When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care as amazon has done there part.
It is alredy very late from the initiation of refund but money is not crediated yet.
It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
Kindly refund the amount ASAP.
