Indian Bank — Complain against Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Branch- kamachha Varanasi UP and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an existing government salaried customer of your esteemed bank bearing SB account no. [protected]. I have been associated with your Indian Bank (Allahabad Bank) for a long time. I trusted your bank that’s why I decided to go for housing loan from your bank and contacted to housing loan Counsellor (Indian bank-Varanasi) and Branch Manager Kamachha, they were assured me your housing lone (P+C) amount 75 lakh will be sanctioned within 21 days from the date of agreement of property.
Indian Bank Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar were prepared the agreement paper (Mr. Gavaskar took 500.00 rupees in cash) & ties up with seller party and buyer party on date[protected], after studying my case & visiting the site (NO-VDA MAP approval old house property) the branch manager kamachha Varanasi put its hand. Then we (Mr. Alok Kumar Bharati & Mrs. Babita) submitted all the document related to property and original agreement paper for further proceeding to Mr. Sunil Gavaskar on[protected] & Mr. Gavaskar took 3500.00 rupees in cash from me for this work.
Then we both Alok kumar bharati and Mrs. Babita (both are Government employ) submitted all the necessary document (3photo, PAN, Aadhar, form16, salary slip, bank statement, ID card, employee certificate etc.) to branch kamachha Varanasi and filled the housing loan application with 3 e-stamp of 100.00 rupee in the favour of branch on[protected] and the same day Mr. Lokesh, Mrs. Richa (from branch kamachha) Mr. Sunil Gavaskar and Mr. Ajay shankar Rai (Bank’s panel engineer site Valuer) visited to the site (NO-VDA MAP approval old house property) and Mr. Gavaskar again took 8500.00 rupees in Cash from me in the name of valuation.
Under the assured of the branch manager and Mr. Gavaskar again told, your loan will be sanction within a few days but time runs out in this wait day by day. Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Kamachha did not inform me about the modification in the bank’s circular (ADV-107/2021-22 Date-06.09.2021) and kept taking some documents from me time to time on the name of bank procedure. Then on which basis did the bank manager forward my form? Was the bank manager unaware to the modified circular (?) that the loan would not be passed on NO-VDA approval old house property?
After hanging my application so much, on the date[protected]days from the date of agreement), suddenly Mr. Gavaskar told on the phone that your loan has not been approved, come to the branch and take your file. On the same day when I reached the bank without delay, Mr. lokesh showed me the circular (ADV-107/2021-22 Date-06.09.2021) and told that due to the NO-VDA approval house property your housing loan has not been approved by higher authority.
Due to the branch Manager Branch- kamachha Varanasi and Housing loan Consular Mr. Sunil Gavaskar, I lost my precious time, money and all hope of getting the loan through your esteemed Indian Bank. After losing everything I asked for my all documents back. The Branch manager kamachha returned 3photo, PAN, Aadhar, form16, salary slip, bank statement, ID card, employee certificate & 3 e-stamps of Rs.100.00 to me but the original/photocopy document (1) Original Agreement paper (seller and buyer Party) (2) NEC report & certified copy of property (by ADV Mr. Chandrakant Chaubey, Bank’s panel advocate) and (3) Valuation report of property (by Engg. Mr. Ajay Shankar Rai, Bank’s panel engineer& architect) was not returned to me by the branch Manager Branch- kamachha Varanasi and Housing loan counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar to whom I already paid on above mentioned date.
The Manager Branch- kamachha Varanasi and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar said that you will not get the document because its bank’s document and you will get your money (12500.00) in the evening[protected]lied to cover up the matter). When I called Mr. Gavaskar in the same day evening to return the document (original or photo copy of agreement paper, NEC & certified copy report and property Valuation report) Mr. Gavaskar said that I have already talked to the ZM/ZO of another Bank and your housing loan will be done from Bank of Baroda, then I said that, I do not believe your words now please return my documents, till now I have not received my three original documents, so in compulsion I have to write a complaint letter to you higher authority of Indian bank.
It is very important to tell this incident in your notice so that you higher authority of Indian bank can save the honour of the bank and by taking action on the act done by Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Kamachha and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar.
1. Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Kamachha and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar did not inform me about the modification in the bank circular (ADV-107/2021-22 Date-06.09.2021) at time. (?).
2. On which basis the Mr. Lokesh branch Manager Kamachha and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar had assured to give the housing loan in 21 days without getting the circular.
3. Why did the Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Kamachha and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar take so long time (58 days) to tell that your loan could not be done?
4. On which basis did the bank manager forward my application file? Was the bank manager unaware to the modified circular (?) that the loan would not be passed on NO-VDA approval, 40 years old House Property as per the circular (ADV-107/2021-22 Date-06.09.2021).
5. Why Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Kamachha and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar hasn't returned my documents (1) original Agreement paper (seller Party and buyer Party) (2) NEC report & certified copy of property (by ADV Mr. Chandrakant Chaubey, Bank’s panel advocate) and (3) Valuation report of property (by Engg. Mr. Ajay Shankar Rai, Bank’s panel engineer& architect) yet and Instead of returning the documents, offered to get a house loan from another particular bank (Bank of Baroda) and again asking more money to work.
6. On 28th October 2021, when I asked for the documents back, money was asked for the photocopied documents by branch manager and I was abused by the manager by saying words like khisiyani billi khambha noche (an embarrassed or ashamed person tends to vent his/her feeling by quarrelling).
7. On which basis, the cash money charged by the Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Kamachha and housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar from direct to customers in cash for getting the documents done, why was the money not transferred from account to account through CTS CHEQUES?
8. Does the bank have the right to refuse to return customer’s documents (seller-buyer original agreement paper, NEC & certified copy report and property Valuation report), while loan is cancelled due to any reason?
9. Mr. Lokesh Branch Manager Kamachha and Housing loan Counsellor Mr. Sunil Gavaskar threatened and said that whatever you have to do, no one will be able to spoil anything for us.
10. My brother in law has also applied for home loan in the same branch of Indian Bank, on next day[protected] without any reason Mr. Gavasker messaged to my brother in law that he should withdraw his file from the kamachha branch. This act shows that with the connivance of Mr. Sunil Gavaskar and Mr. Lokesh they lure the customer into their trap for money and in the end they do not return the money taken from the customer by making some excuse of not getting the loan.
11. Who gave them the right to play illegitimately with the customer's time & money and to tarnish the reputation of the bank?

12. As you higher authority also know that without original agreement paper of both parties (seller and buyer Party) how do we buyer get back the agreement’s amount 100000.00 one lakh rupees of the agreement from the seller party or apply to another bank for housing loan. (?)

I emailed a reminder letter to the branch manager kamachha & Mr. Gavaskar for please get back my documents on[protected] but no response came nor did I get back my all three documents yet. I also made a verbal complaint to RMPC Indian bank Varanasi on[protected] but till now no response has come.

I have full hope and trust from you that higher authority of Indian bank will help me properly to either re-consider my home loan application (conditional) or getting back my original documents (1) original Agreement paper (seller Party and buyer Party) (2) NEC report & certified copy of property (by ADV Mr. Chandrakant Chaubey, Bank’s panel advocate) and (3) Valuation report of property (by Engg. Mr. Ajay Shankar Rai, Bank’s panel engineer& architect), so that I can apply for home loan from any other bank within time. Please do justice to the victim customer and punish these accused so that no one plays with customer’s honors & spirit. The dignity and honour of Indian Bank (Your Own Bank & Banking that’s Twice as Good) cannot be tarnished because of one's personal interest.
