Refer to indian bank complaint reference no.: ibcwe[protected] For account no.[protected], It's related to failed transaction amounted rs.1888, dated sep 26th, 2019 (More than one month ago) still to be credited back even after the merchant has made the refund via arn no.[protected] Even after complaint was registered with indian bank, there is no action from their end. I have ordered some products in Amazon on 25th October 2019 by online payment but due to some problem my order couldn't deliver my address within time so I cancelled rest of the products so request to refund my full amount which I paid by online process

I made transaction on Google pay on june9th 6000rs and also oct12th 5oors money didn't credited to payable account but money debited from my account. I complained to my bank branch not yet money refunded to my account. My acc no [protected] and complaint reference number[protected].
