I have ordered some products in Amazon on 25th October 2019 by online payment but due to some problem my order couldn't deliver my address within time so I cancelled rest of the products so request to refund my full amount which I paid by online process

I have returned one item on myntra and they initiated the refund amount on 22-oct but still the amount has not credited in my account the reference no is-[protected]
I made transaction on Google pay on june9th 6000rs and also oct12th 5oors money didn't credited to payable account but money debited from my account. I complained to my bank branch not yet money refunded to my account. My acc no [protected] and complaint reference number[protected].
