Due to refund receiving issue i rise complaint on[protected] through indian bank complaint site complaint no :ibe0100740 but so for bank officials was not consider the complaint and not update the complaint status vary poor performance of the nationalized banks to solve the customer issues. I transfered rs. 6000 to my Friend on yesterday, i. e[protected]:31pm, through upi .but receiver complains he didn't receive money. Money deducted from my account and it shows transfer success. Why he didn't recieved it?? Please solve my problem ...
