[Resolved] Indian Bank — Refund initiated by Amazon but not processed by Bank ( Indian Bank) and also money not credited in my bank | |||
On 11February2021 I purchase a product from Amazon of rupees 23380/- using my debit card ( RUPAY) ending with 4456. My account details is as follows Customer Name : VIVEK KUMAR DUBEY Account Type : SB Account Status : Active Branch Code : 04096 Mobile No :[protected] State : UTTAR PRADESH PIN : 231001 Branch IFSC : IDIB000M709 Account Number : [protected] After some issue with Amazon with my product, Amazon company initiated my refund on 27FEBRUARY2021 and also provided me a RRN ( refund reference Number ) My (RRN) is L2LHURYN0000KKZS4X9I My money isn't credited in my account. And I'm troubling a lot of from this issue, I'm Allahabad bank account holder but on 15 February it merge with Indian Bank, so now I am Indian Bank user. Please processed my money from your end.
