Indian Bank — refund not reflected in my indian bank account | |
I've ordered some products on 9th August, 2019 in Amazon and I paid the total amount online through a debit card of Indian Bank. But Amazon's delivery boy/agent was unable to deliver the products. So I cancelled the order and wanted to get my refund on 12th August. My refund was initiated by Amazon on 13th August, 2019 at 9am (IST) and also they have given me a refund reference number regarding this matter ( refund reference number : YKFI98M70000JYHI5B7N) . Till date ( 27th August, 2019) I don't get my refund. My earnest request to you sir/madam please follow up the matter and help me to get the refund in my account. Your help and assistance is needed. Dear Customer,
Please note that TXN 100001962051341 was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket.
NOTE: Please use email ID registered in your IRCTC profile for communication with IRCTC Customer Care.
