Indian Bank — refund not reflecting in my bank account and flipkart is saying that refund is completed successfully.

My name is harsh tanna and i have ordered a product of rs 8999 redmi note 7s from flipkart on 24/10/19 and payment done successfully then after i cancelled my order due to some reasons. And on 24/10/19 flipkart initiated the amount to my card but i still didnt get the money. Flipkart sent this refrence no :- ft[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian doesnt have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complain its very urgent.

In NYKAA, I tried adding RS. 315 to nykaa wallet, amount was not added. Then I tried to order for RS.715, amount got debited but order not placed. I need a refund of RS.1030 asap.

Amount transfered through ind pay. But amount not credited to the concern account. In my account amount reduced. Amount of transaction is thousand rupees
