I am using for netbanking and 19/05/18 i am apply for passport in using for Rupay card then debit amount 1500 but passport office payment details failed so refer by my account and refund my amount sir.

On 20th May, i tried to IMPS my landlord vidyut with an amount of 17, 500 at around 11:30 and the transaction failed but the amount got debited from my account
