To, The consumer complaints.in and The Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank Of India New Delhi Complaint against Indian Overseas Bank Since last August 2015, Quality Of India cc limit account no 35077 was to be renewed, since then the client is running behind the branch but have not yet received the renewal letter from the branch .All of the sudden the branch had closed limit resulting in some of cheques issued to the clients were dishonored and account holders reputation was spoiled. The load dept Mr nishant do not have manners to talk how to talk the customer and say that all the officers from the Top of Bank are in their pocket go and complaint to anybody. On the request of Mr Krishnan Branch managers he advised to withdraw the complaint he will give sanction letter within 2 day, suddenly he was being transferred. Please state the reason for non renewing of the CC limit of Quality of India . During last renewal also my account was expired in the month of march but the branch gave the letter in the month of august after 100 times visit of the clients. This is their habits of your loan department one who pay the bribe their work is completed within time and the customer s are being harrassed when clients do not pay the bribe. This means your branch forces to pay the bribe otherwise work will be not done which is the example of quality of India account. For opening a HUF account I had to visit 8-10 times, sometimes there is no form sometime there is no officer, i went to Oriental Bank, the account was opened within 10 minutes time and well attended the client/customer properly. What is this If IOB Daryaganj Branch have more business kindly shut down the shutter, why the customers is being harrassed. Hope you will look in the matter and enquire the facts of the complaint for delaying of 10 months for renewal of the account..
