I am traveling on the train Vande Bharat from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada, and my PNR is [protected]. Unfortunately, the recliner on my seat is not working, which has caused me to experience a backache. Furthermore, the window has not been cleaned at all.
However, my bigger issue lies with the catering service. I boarded the train at 5:45 am feeling hungry, so I inquired with the caterer about the availability of food. They do have food, but they are unwilling to serve or sell any until 8:00 am.
At this point, I would appreciate a resolution to my problems. Instead of receiving any apologies after my journey, I am still on the train and hoping for a satisfactory resolution. Was this information helpful? |
