Dear sir, My name is shyam sundar. My irctc account has been disabled. I use it for booking tickets for myself and my family (Sometimes for friends also). I have only one email id & mobile no., when i wrote mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in for activation, they suggest me create a new id with alternate email id and mobile no., i asked him/her why it is disable, then she told me that your user id - shyamscl is inactive due to 22/rpf case u/s 143 railway act-multiple user id creation, again i asked her how it is happened. I was never use my email id or mobile number to create user id for own or any other person. I don't have any information regarding this case, kindly clarify me. Again she advised me re-register in irctc. Please re-activate my irctc account. I am facing many problems in travelling because of deactivation of my account. For this i will be thankful to you. I had booked a ticket on 29 Jan 2020 to travel from Katpadi to Krishnarajapuram in BBS BNC SUP EXP (12845) 3A on 3 Feb 2020 . My payment has been made via BHIM UPI, but the status shows that the ticket is not booked. The amount has been debited from my account. Kindly fix it ASAP as this is an urgent booking.
