I travelled from jammutawi to new delhi on 14/10/2019. My pnr is [protected]. For my journey i booked non veg food but on journey but i was served vegetarian food that wasn't fresh and was stale. I did registered a complaint regarding this on "rail madam" 15/10/2019 and my complaint no[protected] and now whenever i tried to see the status regarding my complaint, site shows there is no records available for this complaint. This is really very frustrating.

Amount deducted in Google pay but tickets are not booked .. on 27 th October 2019 & 9.30 pm

I have done upi transaction through google pay. But the amount is got debited from account but the tickets are not booked.

Please resolve the problem
