I booked the ac 2 tier ticket on 23th august 2019 and i received a twql \ wl2 and twql\ wl 3 for the tickets, since i have a little baby, i decided it was not worth a waiting list and taking risk. The ticket was for the next day the 24th august, so within 10 minutes i cancelled the ticket and booked the next train and got confirmed tickets. But, i checked the tdr and it wasnt listed there, so i sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in and after multiple requests they say it was a confirmed ticket and no refund will be processed.
I read through the refund policy and the rules say refund will be done if it is tqwl or waiting list.
Im fedup of emailing them again and again and getting the same response.
I don't want to let go because it's not right. But at this point i'm exhausted sending emails to them.
Ridiculous customer care, im very upset and annoyed.

Updated by AJohn15 I still haven’t heard anything from irctc.. I’m disappointed and angry ... I don’t think they care about any complaints or the people. It’s so annoying

What to do? Should I make another booking?
