I booked IRCTC ticket on 7 October but the amount debited and not booked ticket, 07 October to till date, refund not received, i contacted IRCTC but he says the only payu help about this,
After that i contact payu, but he not responding or resolve this issue.

    I have booked 4 births for 75, 72, 59 and 53 years old persons with the preference to lower birth but surpringly not a single seats are alloted to lower birth. So please look into the matter and allot the 2 lower birth seats to very old seniors.

    Please allot me 2 lower birth and 2 middle birth to travel with senior citizens

    Hello sir/mam,
    I am dhananjay sah, I book a e-ticket on[protected] in special train (04086) from anvt to sv. Today 11:57am I received a message from irctc your train is reschedule at 22:50 pm from anvt but when I reach anvt station so i see train was on time and I miss my train.
    I had cancelled my confirm tickets on IRCTC. yesterday I received a message stating the amount is refunded but it does not show up in my account

    Date of cancellation 21st October 2019

    refund amount - 2025 + 1380 = 3105

      Day by Day the quality of food is getting degraded. No one likes to eat this kind of food... Which we cannot even take it in mouth... Whatever we pay as fair that is including food and other services... Then why we don't get the right service as well as food...? Kids might can fall sick after having the same...

        Whenever trying to book ticket in tatkal through irctc app we are not able to do it with different kind of errors and it throws out on login page. It only allows to enter when seats are in waiting status. This whole thing happens everytime. I believe so irctc made this app for agents only and it's completely harrasement to normal citizens because irctc know people don't have any option and as a normal citizens they can't do anything

          The amount from my credit card is debited but ticket status is showing "pending from bank end".
          Please either cancel the ticket and refund my amount or complete the booking so i can cancel. I have booked another ticket after this pending transaction.

            Last night I tried booking a train ticket at midnight. The money got deducted from my bank of Baroda account but the ticket was not confirmed as the time went out due to IRCTC server was not active. I did not receive my ticket but the amount was cut from my bank account. An amount of rs 810.40 was cut from the account. I request you to refund the amount. The transaction ID is attached below.

              I was travelling train12690 from bangalore to chennai 8 am train on 24 th oct2019d
              The food quality needs mprovement for price range 40/-

              I bought tomoto rice i got one vada, pickle packet 2/- one
              When i ate the food i am not satisfied with food qlty tomotorice is very bland no taste, the paruppu vada is big but not up to mark it taste it need be cooked or fried well.

              I expect irctc to better food qlty s as irctc is listed company in nse.. We expect food qualitybwith best taste...

              Idli vada chutney is ok.. Idli qlty can be little more smoother.. Chutney is good.. Coffee, tea stds needsimprovement

                I was traveled from New Delhi to Mumbai by Rajdhani express, when i reached Mumbai from Delhi on arrival i saw my bags was bitten by rats, when i bend and saw luggage compartment under my seat, i saw there was a hole on wall under the seat wall, i attached all pictures please fill that hole asap and any other holes in train if there!, otherwise it will happen again and again with all passengers, don't spoil Rajdhani's name

                  I tried booking two tickets through tatkal quota. Irctc website took all the necessary information and transaction was going on in a smooth run. But, unfortunately the tickets didn't get booked. The money is been deducted from the bank but, the website shows a message "pending from the bank end". Please do let me know if there is any chance i would get my tickets booked?

                    My train(13484) with pnr no [protected] was scheduled on 4/10/2019 but it was cancelled from my departure station and the message was given by the irctc of cancellation but didnt provide the procedure to get the amount back and till now it was refunded since then 16 days were passed and no action taken by the IRCTC.

                        I had booked a ticket on train no. 18520 for journey between ltt to vijaywada junction on 18 oct 19. This train was partially cancelled between ltt to pune which was informed by irctc through sms.

                        However, irctc has not provided any message for refunding the price for cancellation of partially journey tickets.

                        Today when i called irctc for refund of partially cancelled ticket, they asked me to file tdr but there is no record available at tdr section for claim.

                        My points are as below :

                        1. Why the irctc didn't provide refund of money automatically for partially cancelled tickets to the confirmed passengers as per the final chart?
                        2. Why didn't the irctc send any message about claiming procedure of this money if this is to be claimed individually?

                        Irctc is bound to provide the refund of money for partially cancelled tickets and they should immediately facilitate the process for the same. Details placed below for easy reference.

                          Although there are 536 complaints available on irctc in this forum, has any action taken on it to rectify the problem. I am fed up booking any tatkal tickets in irctc. I have never booked any tatkal ticket, the irctc people are deliberately blocking the site exactly at 8 am every morning. Are they just providing a service for the agents. It is very clear that the ips of the agents alone can access the site. Why is this? Anyway, i really wanted to get use of the consumer complaints forums, if this forum is just for reflecting our thoughts, then there is no use. Please some one let me know, will any action taken on not?

                            I've booked 3 tickets for garibrath train from vishakapatnam to secunderabad on 24.11.2019 using the irctc website on 20.10.2019.

                            I've paid the amount through hdfc credit card. I've received a message of amount debited from the bank. But the transaction status is showing 'pending from bank'

                            Also the ticket is not appearing in the booked ticket history tab of the irctc website.

                            It is very urgent

                              I had created an account on irctc a few years back using my email id but forgot the user id.in an attempt to try and get access to my account again, i have tried using the forgot user id option and entered my email id there. But it keeps on telling me "user not found". When i try to create a new account with my email id, it says "email id already exists". Please help me by resolving this issue so that i can use the irctc site for booking train tickets.

                                Today 18th oct'19, i made online booking for stay at bhubaneswar railway station ac dormatory retiring room dated 22/10/2019 from 8 hrs to 20 hrs vide pnr no. [protected] further to which i have received payment confirmation message from axis bank which is as follows (Your a/c 036740 is debited with rs 155.00 on[protected]:30:49 at pur/irctc tourism/delhi). But i have not received any booking confirmation from irctc in my email id [protected]@yahoo.in or my mobile number [protected].

                                  I tried booking the ticket from dwarka to ahmedabad on transaction date: 08/oct/2019, but the transaction failed and my money (₹2689.16/-) got deducted. The transaction id is mentioned in the subject line. However, i haven’t received the money back into my account due to which i am writing this mail to you.

                                  Hope the deducted money is reflected in my account within 2-3 days after the mail is seen in your (Irctc) inbox!

                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest!
