Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc failed to book tickets as razorpay received the amount

I try to book the railway ticket through irctc and payment made through vim app the amount rs 520.00 deducted from my bank as requexted by razorpay bank vide id no[protected] but irctc failed to book ticket showing the reason payment failed rejected by bank on 10.06.18
Irctc transaction id is [protected]. The amount rs.520.00 not refund by razorpay to my bank, bank of baroda.
