I was trying to book a ticket on IRCTC from Payzapp app through Bharat QR code, but unfortunately money got debited from my bank and ticket did not got booked. IRCTC however shows the Paymenst Staus as Pending from Bank End. IRCTC Transaction ID is [protected]. The payment gateway used State Bank of India Debit Card for the payment. I booked 2 E- tickets of SL class for nimbahera(raj) to vadodara(guj) on 19 Sept 2018 but my booking is failed but today it's 8 Oct but no refund was credited to my account. I send my query to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no response I get my transaction ID is [protected].
