Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Money defected buy train ticket was not issued | |||||
I booked my train ticket by irctc connect app for 29 mar 2017 by email [protected]@gmail.com through netbanking of Indian overseas bank for Rs1190.but I forget to notice the transaction I'd. During the process money was dedected from my bank account. but it showed secure.paytm.in error.but I not login to the paytm account. I waited 2 days but ticket was not booked and money was not not refunded.I wrote complaint to both irctc and paytm for two days but no action was taken. In my bank transaction it show "PAYTM-[protected][protected]@957410" . please take immediate action I had great belief on you Was this information helpful? | |||||

i had booked a ticket in irctc but it went to failed transaction its already 36 days but still the amount is not credited into my account .. .when i contacted my bank they are saying that contact merchant for the issue ... so how much time it will take to get my refund back
