Sir, It is for your kind information that one of my transaction failed on 22sep2017 for which amount was deducted. Now as per refund details of irctc refund has been made on 04oct2017 but while i check my bank statement the amount has not yet credited. I made my payment through visa card of sbi bank not of citi bank which is shown in refund details of irctc. Kindly make the payment asap as it already too late. I have booke e tecket on dated 29.0 9.2017 for journey on 4.10.2017 from Visakhapatnam to jeypore train no.08512 . Ticket nor generated but amount deducted from my account
