Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Not received ltc certificate since 6 months laps

I have taken customised tour package for Andaman Tour for 5 nights 6 days from 16.5.2022 to 21.05.2022, I have requested to concerned office to issue the LIC certificate for claiming road transport bill and cruise bill from my departmet. But LTC certificate is still awaited. Also send email to concerned office on 28.11.2022, but the matter is not moved.
