Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Payment deducted while booking the ticket but status showing Not booked

I booked a ticket from Etawah to Lucknow by Shatabdi for June 11th. The ticket was booked on June 7th. The payment got deducted from my account but the status on the transaction is showing 'NOT BOOKED'. The detail shown on the ticket is
Payment Status: Amount Received From Bank
Failure Reason: Unable to perform Transaction. Please try later.
