Please help me on my refund for tatkal waiting list eticket cancellation as no refund is provided yet despite raising a ticket to [email protected], just they are forwarding mail again and again with no update and change in status.My details are-

It is bad to here mention that in train d3 coach has only up to 102 seats are present but in my ticket d3 103 in also mention. Hence i cannot travel. I request you to refund the ticket money and please care it in future. Some necessary details-

Sub: complaint against the irctc for refund in case connecting train misses

This is to inform you that on 1st april, i had to catch two trains for my journey to mumbai.

We were travelling from nzm to shahdol, on train chhattisgarh smapark kranti (12824) had 4 seats in a1 coach on seats 37, 38, 20, 22 on 28th of april, one of us couldnt board due to some official reasons. Tt ashok kumar checked our seats and went away. As we had only one lower seat on our ticket, with us, my elderly mother along our small baby slept on one of our lower seat and we had our seats in another coupe on upper births, left for our respective seats. Around midnight, one of the passenger along with the couch attendent came to her and started shouting at her very badly for leaving her seat...

We were training in ranikhetexpress bourded from kathgodam at 8:30 pm to delhi on 26th april, friday. Pnr [[protected]] and we ere allotted a1 couch and seats 1, 2, 3, 4. Train heavy ac shield fell on my mother near washbasin and she hurt badly and she was close to being uncouncious. We gave her first aid, could not get a hold of tt at that time, as that was around midnight. Neither the attendant, we couldn't find him anywhere, ealry morning next day, we had to deboard the train at old delhi railway station. I request irctc to take care of the old and damaged couches. I was trying to book tickets from new delhi to haridwar and provided all the information. But the moment i made the payment, the money is deducted from my account but the tickets are not booked. It says - "pending from the bank end".

I thought the ticket is not booked so i tried again, and the same thing happened again. "pending from the bank end" message appears on the screen and the ticket is not booked.

Please resolve this as the money is deducted twice and the tickets are still not done. I am providing the reservation id for reference - [protected].

Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from muzaffarpur jn. (Mfp) to new delhi (Ndls) journey date[protected], but the train got late from more than 10 hours. I had filed the tdr on the next day in midnighy at 29-april-2019 00:53:05hrs. The status of tdr showing tdr entered. I was trying to book a ticket from hajipur to asansol on 24th march 2019 and trying to make payment through phonepe. Amount was deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed. Now its been more than a month and i already raised a complained to irctc about my refund but i am not getting any response from them. I talked to phonepe executives also and they told me transaction was successful from their side and asked me to contact irctc....

Sir/ madam,
The rules of online ticketing are very unfair. Why a person who had done ticket booking online and the ticket is in waiting list, can't travel in the train even if there is availability of seats in train, and a person who had purchased ticket from counter and ticket is in waiting list can travel in the train even if there are no seats in train.
This is really unfair, why a regular traveller should face this problem....

I was travelling on 30/04/2019 by mahakaushal train no 12189 in b2 coach seat no 8. When i reached agra railway station my bag was stolen by thief.. I dont know how but i was alone with my two kids. Really it was really unsafe for me and for my small kids. Two unknown lady entered and suddenly disappeared.. Service of train is very poor and unsafe. Please help us and take necessary a ction to thief and service provider.

But in online my booking status shows as wl-59 & 60.

How there can be change in my booking status...

This affecting my ticket confirmation.

I tried to booked tickets for four people on 28th april for 29th April. Unfortunately my amount is deducted from irctc app but my ticket were not booked dye to some server error.. As i tried to contact irctc customer care people but there us no any response from them.. Amount is still not reflected in same account.. Nobody is giving me a proper response. Its a request to do please something on behalf of my payment Rs 646

I have booked a ticket from LAR
To AGC for JBP ATARI SPL (01707) express on 17th APR,
