Hi, I booked train ticket in irctc.co.in website on 08th March, 2017 under the Transaction #[protected]. I use the Paytm net banking option to process my payment. The transaction got failed and the ticket was not issued but the amount Rs. 6401.50 got deducted from my Indian Bank account. Kindly arrange for the refund of the same amount and advise me for further course of action in this regard. Please note that I do not have any Paytm account and I did not do any transaction through Paytm before. Therefore, kindly refund the same amount to my Indian Bank account. Thank you.
