Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund for failed transaction | |
I was trying to book tatkal ticket in shatabdi train no. 12014 on 16/06/2018 from ludhiana to new delhi incidentally amount of rs.1800/- was deducted from my account and ticket was not booked due to failed transaction. It is regrettable that despite my complaint dated 20/07/2018 & 03/08/2018 to gateway bank razorpay and irctc i have not received refund of rs.1800/- neither irctc or razorpay replied my complaint till date. I have read on website that irctc working for 24/7 to solve complaint what is the fun for long working. Now it seems that neither irctc or razorpay are not interested to refund my money. Of rs1800/- now i compelled to move to consumer courts to get the refund of rs.1800/- along with interest @ 18%. The detail of transaction is ad under (1). Bank ref i/d: rfnd_aomb0v6fg7whn2 (2). I booked railway ticket today (1st September 2018)and money is debited from my account.
however, IRCTC haven't provided confirmation booking ticket yet.
Please help me to resolve this.
