I was debited rs.265.38 on 05.06.2017 through irctc android app while booking shamnad express from alleppey to thrissur. Though the amount was debited the app showed "booking not allpwed at this time" after about 1 minute and exited. Today too (26.06.2017) i tried booking for chennai express from alleppey to thrissur. Same thing happened with the app. This time i lost rs.326.62. I booked through hdfc bank diner's club rewardz credit card. I bought tickets through paytm on 05.06.2017 again and today through railway counter again as my transactions failed on the app. I request you to refund my amount. Kindly note that i am a regular traveller from alleppey to thrissur every monday. Was this information helpful? | |||||
