Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Regarding refund

I have tried to book a tatkal ticket from Jodhpur to Bangalore in this process money has been deducted from my account by ticket not confirmed when I requested for refund they initiated one refund but I have tried twice and there are two succesful transaction so i request you to look in to the matter and resolve it
