I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the lack of cleanliness on Train No. 17391. On multiple occasions, I have noticed that all the seats are covered in dust, and no cleaners are available to maintain hygiene. This is causing significant discomfort to passengers, particularly those suffering from dust allergies.

Due to the poor maintenance, affected passengers are experiencing severe allergic reactions, making their journey extremely difficult. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and regular cleaning must be ensured to provide a safe and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.

I request you to take immediate action to address this issue by deploying cleaning staff and ensuring proper maintenance of hygiene on this train. Kindly acknowledge this complaint and inform us about the corrective measures taken.

    We Have Paid Rs 11, 341=00 (Rupees Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Forty One)

    We were Rejected to board on train and our Ticket was Cancelled at Ticket Counter at Patna Jn Railway Staff and told us to receive Refund Soon.
    But we have not Received Refund till today on 04/February 2025

    It took Month but still No Refund in my Account.
    I have paid through UPI GPay. for easy Refund

    Please Refund Rs 11, 341=00 as soon as Possible

      Otp international mobile

      I am not receiving OTP on international Australian number that I have rgistered with. I have already paid 100 rupees as per requirement but still no go.
      I log in to portal and it tells me mobile is not verified, however when i click on verify OTP it comes up with the error message provided mobile number is already associated with another IRCTC assessment, but i am registering for first time.

      I was travelling from JP Mysuru Express 12976 with sea Number A1, 29. Charger at this seat was working for Laptop. It was getting disconnected again and again. I called twice on number "[protected]" got no response. I raised complaint on "[protected]". One person came to check and said "Your laptop charger's adaptor is small" but when we checked it in different charging ports in train. It was working fine.

      Kindly upgrade these charger at least in AC coaches. If you can't then replace AC coaches with sleeper. So, atleast we will know to travel or not.

        A general coach has been occupied by the CISF constables which is causing a huge chaos among passengers.Some passengers even left boarding on daltonganj/palamu station.

          not receiving otp on email id

          I am trying to register over IRCTC app but not able to receive the OTP over my mail ID. I ahve tried multiple times and even with different mal ID, but same issue.

          Ticket making procedure is tipical not easy

          Dear all, they can easily manage the security related concerns with two way verification via OTP and then they should allow to make changes now from 4th nov i am trying to login but due to some glitch in there system irctc is not going forward to make tickets without verifing my mobile number,

          but i do the procedure o[censored]pdate that is give but its such complecated and not happeinng, i feel they have intentionally make it complecated...

          There are in total 2 tickets with PNR [protected] and [protected] with total 7 passengers travelling from New Delhi (NDLS) to SHMATA VD KATRA (SVDK) on the 1st of August 2024 on Vande Bharat train no. 22439. The train Vande Bharat was converted by the Railway to Tejas. We had filed TDR on the 2nd of August 2024. The TDR was reported by your website as EDR Repudiate.

          Are we not entitled for the refund of the fare difference between Vande Bharat and Tejas ?? Please advise. Thanks.

            Hi support team,
            I have booked a ticket from ANVT to STP (MFP Summer SPL - 05220) and date of journey was 26 May 2024.
            For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, i filled the TDR.
            For the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.
            I am not sure what else i might be missing to get amount refunded.
            Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

              Mobile number registered to a different account

              I have been trying to resolve an issue with my IRCTC account which is registered and linked to my personal email ID [[protected]@gmail.com]. Whenever I try to login it asks me to verify my phone number but the number displayed is a random number that is not mine.               I have booked a retirement room No.12 for stay at Renigunta (RU) on 27.4.24 for stay from 29.7.24-6 am to 30.7.24-6 AM and paid Rs.404.

              (2)Again on the same day I have also booked room No.12 for stay from 30.7.24-6 am to 30.7.24-6 pm. ID No.[protected]l,

              The details of my travel are:
              (1) 28.7.24 Train No.12797 Venkatadri from KCG to TPTY - PNR No.[protected] Reached RU 29.7.24 at 6.43
              (2) 30.7.24 Train No.16054 TPTY-MAS; RU TO Tiruthani PNR [protected]
              (3) 30.7.24 Train no.16053 MAS - TPTY ; Tiruthani to RU PNR [protected]
              (4) 30.7.24 train No.12733 CTR to SC : RU to SC PNR [protected]
              Accordingly I submitted the allotment of rooms for 2 days and the details of my bookings are noted in the Register available in the Renigunta Rly station.
              To my surprise on the second day i.e. 30.7.24 the woman attendant came to my room and asked to vacate the room as somebody has booked the same
              room No.12. I explained the details that lady attendant but she said that the concerned officer (TTE Mr.Sudhakar, who is sitting at Tirupathi) informed her
              and also me that my boked room was cancelled. But I did not receive any cancellation order. I donot know the reasons for cancellation. In fact the another person asked me to stay for few hours in the room, but the woman attendant did not accept the request. With tears, I had to vacate the room and I kept the baggage in the cloak room till evening and sit in the plat form. This is very ridiculous action of the IRTC tourism. How can they book the same room, when I booked the room no.12 on 28.4.24, well in advance.
              I have been travelling and staying in RU Rly station no.of times earlier but never had a such worst situation.
              I request the Railway authorities and inquire the case and let me know the reply early to enable me to take further action in the matter.

                I have travelled in TEJAS EXPRESS(20502) on 29 may 2024 from Delhi (anand vihar terminal) to Agartala which gets shortly terminated in Guwati due to bad weather conditions and land slide in region after guwati. so as get the refund of journey guwati to agatala which we have not travelled we fill a
                TDR which get repudiated with the following reason.
                NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED. The TDR refund case was registered with PNR no. [protected].

                Requesting the refund to be approved and credited.

                  Dear IRCTC Customer Support,

                  I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the recent ticket refund request I filed for PNR Number [protected] . Despite the train being delayed by a substantial seven hours, my Ticket Deposit Receipt (TDR) was unjustly rejected.

                  I filed the TDR with a legitimate reason, "Train Late More Than Three Hours, " along with the fact that I did not travel due to the unreasonable delay. However, I was shocked to see the status of my TDR as "EDR REPUDIATE"

                  I would like to bring to your attention that the delay of the train was well-documented and widely acknowledged by fellow passengers and railway staff. This delay caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans, forcing me to abandon the trip altogether. Given the circumstances, I find it extremely unfair and frustrating that my refund request was not considered without proper consideration.

                  I kindly request a thorough review of my case and a resolution that aligns with the Indian Railways Refund Rules, as stated in the document at https://contents.irctc.co.in/en/Refundrule2015.pdf. I believe I am entitled to a refund for the ticket cost, and I urge you to rectify this issue promptly.

                  I have attached relevant documents, including my ticket and proof of the train's delay, to support my claim. Please consider this evidence during your review process.

                  I look forward to a positive and swift resolution to this matter. Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

                    Payment deducted while booking the ticket but status showing Not booked

                    I booked a ticket from Etawah to Lucknow by Shatabdi for June 11th. The ticket was booked on June 7th. The payment got deducted from my account but the status on the transaction is showing 'NOT BOOKED'. The detail shown on the ticket is

                      My train number is 07436. I’m travelling from Srirangam to Kacheguda. My pnr number is [protected]. I’m travelling with my family in 3AC COACH. Since morning ac is not working. Suffocating in coach with filled passengers. Made complaint to the concern person but no use.

                            As discussed with customer service team and informed
                            I have file TDR on date:[protected] at around 6:00Pm after the train got delayed for more than 20 hrs (Departure* 05:[protected] against the last update of departure time 3:30am on[protected] and also train got diverted.
                            During TDR apply delay option was not showing enabled hence the other option of train diverted was selected for cancellation and TRD filling for full refund.
                            This for your information and necessary action for the refund.

                              I was travel from Asansol to Howrah yesterday on Satabdi express train #12020. The catering charge was included in the ticket price but no catering facility was given in the train. When asked they replied it will come later but nothing was given till I reach howrah. I was travelling with PNR # [protected]. There was no vendor and train don’t stop sufficient time in the stations to get food. This is a harassment to customer. I want to formally lodge a complaint against IRCTC and request for compensation.
