TDR Filing not working

IRCTC website link forn filing TDR is not working since 2 days..when selecting the booking to be cancelled...it sits and rotates as shown in the attached image with the mail.I have been trying to do the TDR filing since 2 days...thinking it might work the second day...now i don't have time for 1 more day as they say 72 hours...so what has to be done next..I want a refund since I have not travelled as the train was late for more than 3 hours!!!br...

Allotted lower grade seat

I booked Sitting class seat (2S) of train number 20950/Jan shatabdi express from Ekta Nagar (EKNR) to Ahmedabad junction (ADI) bearing PNR No. [protected].

But was allotted a General coach seat.

The feeling was pathetic as it was general coach....

IRCTC account disabled

I have been facing issues with my IRCTC account since very long time. I'm using the account for more than 20 years. Failed transaction money not get back

I am sandip more recently 20th December 2023 i add 400rs to IRCTC wallet, but unfortunately it was not credited to IRCTC wallet but it's debited from my account, and it will still not get back to me I'll share the details for my transaction with this massage.

On IRCTC status shows refund was sent to stelling technology ltd bank but till time amount of not credited in my source account (Debited Account) and showing that amount has refunded in Sterling Technologies Pvt.Ltd. No breakfast provided on 12262 Duronto Express

12262 HWH to CSMT Duronto Express (departed on 5th December 2023) is delayed by more than 2.5 hours to reach final destination. It was supposed to reach CSMT at 8:15am 6th December but didn't reach on time. No breakfast was provided to the passengers on 6th December morning, food price is included in ticket fare. If a train like duronto is delayed by this much time, atleast food should be provided to the passengers as the train stops in only...

Refund my money

I have cancelled my ticket on 27 October 2023
I have not received my refund yet
I have received the mail from IRCTC on 30th October 2023, but the amount is not credited to my account. i went to my bank i.e. Bank of India I have called Irctc helpline also they said to send mail on this [protected]@irctc.co.in mail id
I have send the mail they reply the same and alot me this Ticket Id:[protected] but still not getting any response...

Money deducted from bank account but not credited in r wallet UTS app

I went to recharge my UTS (app) wallet (R-Wallet) on 29/10/2023 for ₹265/-. I recharged through the "Google Pay" app, and money of the same amount got debited from my bank account. But it's not credited to my UTS wallet yet. I have refreshed the app so many times, but it remains the same. Please solve this issue.

My money not refunded till now

I have booked a retiring room on bilaspur station at 05.00am on 06 nov 2023 from online irctc website.
So my money was debited but showing that room was not booked and settlement requested.
But my money was not refunded till now i want my money back.
