I booked two tickets for 17th august from kjm, bangalore to csmt, mumbai in mumbai express (16332)
There were three messages from railways regarding this with following content:
1. T. No.16332 tvc-csmt mumbai exp of 17.08.2019 is diverted viaers-srr-tok-roha-pnvl and train will not touch stations between otp and pune.
2. Correction msg of t. No.16332 tvc-csmt mumbai exp of 17.08.2019 is diverted viaers-srr-tok-roha-pnvl and train will not touch stations between otp and lnl.
3. Due to technical reason, trn no 16332 does not touch your station kjm on 17.08.2019. Kindly check on ntes/139 before starting.
On checking with ntes/139 they said : due to heavy rain the train was diverted and was not touching the boarding station
So i filed a tdr request for refund, but the refund status shows that money cannot be refunded as train was not diverted at the boarding station.
