Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Theft of bag containing laptop

Respected Sir, while travelling from train number 12818, at anandvihar railway station my bag containing a hp laptop was stolen from coach number s11 and seat number 24. The bag is of black color with a logo of hp on it. The bag was stolen right from the station anandvihar, Delhi. My pnr number is [protected]. The bag is containing some clothes, a hp laptop, a laptop charger, a mouse of iball, photocopy of my marks sheet, a notebook, two books( questions are the answers and business school).
