I am jerin i try to book a ticket through irctc app and my payment transferred to razorpay account but ticket not get, i think it's not transferred to irctc so please refund the money,

I booked a train ticket in 17252 (GNT KCG express) on 06/03/2020.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used BHIM UPI wallet to pay and payment was successful TODAY. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.
