Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Ticket Refund Issue and no cooperation from IRCTC

I have booked an online ticket against PNR no [protected] on 18.10.2025 which automatically got cancelled on 19.10.2025 due to non availability of the seats.
Accordingly to IRCTC they have refunded the amount after deduction the charges. I have shared the transaction details received in IRCTC website. But this amount is till date not credited into my account. IRCTC just shared the refund transaction details. I consulted my bank and got a reply that no such transaction is received and so not reflecting in my INDUSIND bank account. The bank asked to consult IRCTC that transaction might have failed and asked them for the reprocess of the refund.

I have been communicating this to IRCTC and sending several email, but not getting any positive responses from them.
