I had booked an e-ticket on IRCTC to travel from NEW DELHI TO MATHURA on 25/02/2025, but the train was delayed by more than 3hours and I had to take another train to travel on the same day. So I filed for TDR for the refund of the first train ticket I had booked. It has been more than 110days since the TDR was filed but I haven't received any refund, even though I had constantly calling IRCTC and Railway helpline (139) and even i raised 3 times E-Query as directed by IRCTC then also my issue didn't resolved, in that e-query they just sending one link about TDR refund and they mentioning issue resolved, I attached my TDR refund status PDF below.
