[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — unable to book tickets in irctc. facing error message to update my profile

Dear team,

I have tried to book my ticket in irctc online portal. When i have logged in to my irctc page i am receiving error message called "your profile is incomplete. Please complete your profile details in order to continue booking".

So i have tried to update my profile again with my mail id and mobile no. I have received otp for both and i have updated in the portal but i am receiving error message of "verification got failed" even after providing correct otp no. Of times.

I have tried many time and still getting error message and unable to register mobile no and mail id to complete the profile and book tickets.

My account is aadhar verified and also i have added inr. 600+ in the wallet, now i am unable to access to my money and booking facility.

Also i have attached snapshots and highlighted error messages.
