[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Unauthorized email from irctc

Dear sir,

I have several time received booking confirmation mail from irctc from their mail id [protected]@irctc.co.in to my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com., which was not related to me. also please note that, i am not buying any ticket from indian railway and i can not understand why this type of mail was sent to me and i am not having any irctc registration alongwith this mail id. in this regard on 23.06.2015 i mailed to irctc on [protected]@irctc.co.in, thereafter, on 30.09.2016 i further request them by mail to stop to sending this type of mail immediately, but still now i am continuously received this type of mail of ticket booking confirmation.

I request you to kindly solve my problem. hope, you will do the needful at the earliest.
