Rs 1000/- was deposited in irctc E-wallet with transaction id [protected] from upi ref no:[protected]. this perticular transaction is showing "failed" in irctc statement. copies attached. please solve this as soon as possible.

Updated by 7205696820 I am satyajit, i added 1000 rs to irctc wallet, but it's debited from my account, and it is showing failed in wallet deposit history .
please solve this as soon as possible.
