Indian Railway — luggage not received | |||
Dear sir, Complain: i had booked my two wheeler on 3-7-19 under self-luggage facility but after reaching at jaipur junction in same train on 4th morning at luggage office no body is responding me properly. On duty luggage officer is saying your luggage not been taken off which is railways problem. I don’t know what to do now? Even at ahmedabad luggage office they charged me extra money other than total official charges. I am a retired senior citizen from police services and very sad by our railway services. Please help me to get my two wheeler asap as per following details.
