I travel chirala to guntur every day as per my job. I have a season ticket. The 2 or 3 general coaches doesn't having space even to stand for that 1 and half our journey.
So i'm standing in reservation coaches. (Sabhari express)
Here, the issue is all about transgenders.
They are asking money while i go to office in morning i give if i have money. If i didn't give money they abuse me.
Again in the returning the same thing repeats. Not a single person.
Almost 7or 8 persons (Transgenders) roaming in trains. I wish the indian railways to solve the issue as early as possible.

    I had a booking for my parents, through irctc, on train (12222 / hwh pune duronto) on 4th july 2019, boarding from bilaspur, travelling to pune. I received a message on 2nd july from "irsmsa" that train was cancelled. Due to this, i had to make alternate arrangements for the travel which incurred additional cost to me. Since it was such a short notice, there were no direct trains available and unwillingly i had to chose a combination of train and flights. Now my parents will have to travel to nagpur by train, and then take a flight to pune. This entire itinerary costed me approx 10k extra.

    However it is now observed that the train is not cancelled and is running as scheduled on 4th july. This is very unprofessional from railways. The situation is that i am unable to cancel the ticket now since the chart is prepared. Need your help to get my refund.

      I have booked my parcel (No.[protected]) on 24/06/2019 from howrah to nagpur. At howrah station locals asked me for 600/- rs bribe to get the fast delivery for my parcel. I denied for the bribe because i already paid railways for parcel loading/unloading fee and all.
      After so many time of complaints finally my parcel is loaded from howrah on 1st of july but till today (04/07/2019) it is not unloaded in nagpur station.
      If the service of indian railways are like this, in future, it will never give us pride to be indian.

        Complain: i had booked my two wheeler on 3-7-19 under self-luggage facility but after reaching at jaipur junction in same train on 4th morning at luggage office no body is responding me properly. On duty luggage officer is saying your luggage not been taken off which is railways problem. I don’t know what to do now? Even at ahmedabad luggage office they charged me extra money other than total official charges. I am a retired...

        I have booked my 7 luggage on 22/dec/2018. Bilti no. B693636. 6 luggage i found and received but one luggage till yet not available. I already informed to srdcm samastipur by paper application, twitter. I am only asking what happen with my parcel, (rti no. Ecrsp/r/2019/50068, ecrsp/a/2019/60003 )

        repply that i can clain to ecr hajipur. I don't want to claim, i want only to know what happen of my luggage, if missed then where missed and what you done to find out my luggage & who is responsible in missing my luggage.
        Sir as per railway rules passenger can't carry more than 40kg on slipper ticket, i follow these and booked my luggage but it was missed by railway. So take responsibility and share enquiry report and punished them who were found guilty.

          1. I have booked my bike registration no jk-14a8231 hero honda glamour at belagavi railway station to chandigarh on 26 jun 2019 against luggage ticked no a0008881. After inquiry at chandigarh railway station, my bike not received till date. I am resident of hamirpur district of himachal pradesh that is about 250 kms from my home so it could be difficult me to go on daily basis to chandigarh railway station.

          2. I am facing difficulties without my bike in travel to anywhere. I humbly request to concern authorities to please find out my bike jk-14a8231 hero honda glamour and inform me on mob no [protected] at the earliest.

            Being a citizen of india it's my duty to inform about this incident.
            A passenger name mahendra gujar and his wife harshada gujar were travelling in a train 01063 csmt mas special on 26 june 2019 they were supposed to board on train from lonavala but they boarded from thane.

            When rajesh manjrekar (Tte) asked them for ticket mahendra gujar showed a photo of him and mr. Sunil tatkare (Ncp minister) on his phone. Is this really fair?
            Can we board from any station earlier to our boarding station just being associated with some political party or by showing photos of some political leader?
            I feel this is really a limit. Are railway rules different for common man and political associate? So he travelled ticktless from thane to lonavala which is really against railway regulation and inspite of this he was not penalized, just because he is linked with a political party?
            Kindly request to look into this incident which is really shameful

              औरजैसे ही ट्रेन रवाना होने को हुई, एक औरत और उसका पति एक ट्रंक लिए डिब्बे में घुस पडे़। दरवाजे के पास ही औरत तो बैठ गई पर आदमी चिंतातुर खड़ा था। जानता था कि उसके पास जनरल टिकट है और ये रिज़र्वेशन डिब्बा है। टीसी को टिकट दिखाते उसने हाथ जोड़ दिए। " ये जनरल टिकट है।अगले स्टेशन पर जनरल डिब्बे में चले जाना।वरना आठ सौ की रसीद बनेगी।" कह टीसी आगे चला गया। पति-पत्नी दोनों बेटी को पहला बेटा होने पर उसे देखने जा रहे थे। सेठ ने बड़ी मुश्किल से दो दिन की छुट्टी और सात सौ रुपये एडवांस दिए थे। बीबी व लोहे की पेटी के साथ जनरल बोगी में बहुत कोशिश की पर घुस नहीं पाए थे। लाचार हो स्लिपर क्लास में आ गए थे। " साब, बीबी और सामान के साथ जनरल डिब्बे में चढ़ नहीं सकते।हम यहीं कोने में खड़े रहेंगे।बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी।" टीसी की ओर सौ का नोट बढ़ाते हुए कहा। " सौ में कुछ नहीं होता।आठ सौ निकालो वरना उतर जाओ।" " आठ सौ तो गुड्डो की डिलिवरी में भी नहीं लगे साब।नाती को देखने जा रहे हैं।गरीब लोग हैं, जाने दो न साब।" अबकि बार पत्नी ने कहा। " तो फिर ऐसा करो, चार सौ निकालो।एक की रसीद बना देता हूँ, दोनों बैठे रहो।" " ये लो साब, रसीद रहने दो।दो सौ रुपये बढ़ाते हुए आदमी बोला। " नहीं-नहीं रसीद दो बनानी ही पड़ेगी। ऊपर से आर्डर है।रसीद तो बनेगी ही। चलो, जल्दी चार सौ निकालो।वरना स्टेशन आ रहा है, उतरकर जनरल बोगी में चले जाओ।" इस बार कुछ डांटते हुए टीसी बोला। आदमी ने चार सौ रुपए ऐसे दिए मानो अपना कलेजा निकालकर दे रहा हो। दोनों पति-पत्नी उदास रुआंसे ऐसे बैठे थे, मानो नाती के पैदा होने पर नहीं उसके शोक में जा रहे हो। कैसे एडजस्ट करेंगे ये चार सौ रुपए? क्या वापसी की टिकट के लिए समधी से पैसे मांगना होगा? नहीं-नहीं। आखिर में पति बोला- " सौ- डेढ़ सौ तो मैं ज्यादा लाया ही था। गुड्डो के घर पैदल ही चलेंगे। शाम को खाना नहीं खायेंगे। दो सौ तो एडजस्ट हो गए। और हाँ, आते वक्त पैसिंजर से आयेंगे। सौ रूपए बचेंगे। एक दिन जरूर ज्यादा लगेगा। सेठ भी चिल्लायेगा। मगर मुन्ने के लिए सब सह लूंगा।मगर फिर भी ये तो तीन सौ ही हुए।" " ऐसा करते हैं, नाना-नानी की तरफ से जो हम सौ-सौ देनेवाले थे न, अब दोनों मिलकर सौ देंगे। हम अलग थोड़े ही हैं। हो गए न चार सौ एडजस्ट।" पत्नी के कहा। " मगर मुन्ने के कम करना..."" और पति की आँख छलक पड़ी। " मन क्यूँ भारी करते हो जी। गुड्डो जब मुन्ना को लेकर घर आयेंगी; तब दो सौ ज्यादा दे देंगे। " कहते हुए उसकी आँख भी छलक उठी। फिर आँख पोंछते हुए बोली- " अगर मुझे कहीं मोदीजी मिले तो कहूंगी-" इतने पैसों की बुलेट ट्रेन चलाने के बजाय, इतने पैसों से हर ट्रेन में चार-चार जनरल बोगी लगा दो, जिससे न तो हम जैसों को टिकट होते हुए भी जलील होना पड़े और ना ही हमारे मुन्ने के सौ रुपये कम हो।" उसकी आँख फिर छलक पड़ी। " अरी पगली, हम गरीब आदमी हैं, हमें वोट देने का तो अधिकार है, पर सलाह देने का नहीं। रो मत। (विनम्र प्रार्थना है जो भी इस कहानी को पढ़ चूका है उसे इस घटना से शायद ही इत्तिफ़ाक़ हो पर अगर ये कहानी शेयर करे, कॉपी पेस्ट करे, पर रुकने न दे शायद रेल मंत्रालय जनरल बोगी की भी परिस्थितियों को समझ सके। उसमे सफर करने वाला एक गरीब तबका है जिसका शोषण चिर कालीन से होता आया है। एक कोशिश परिवर्तनकीओर

                While travelling from tirupathi to visakhapatnam on 01-july-2019 in 2nd ac coach, rats have damaged our luggage and costly pattu sarees.

                This is unexpected and also highlights the quality of cleanliness of the trains, especially the 2nd ac.

                Who will bear the damage expenses? Will it be railways?

                  Every time i have travelled by train, lower berth is never alloted, even to a 60+ woman. We even travelled as a group of ladies, with senior citizens, but no lower berth was given, all upper and middle. Even i was pushed to the other compartment upper berth there too. It was such an embarrassment trying to climb up with all men in that place. Nowadays nobody wants to exchange their berth. Why couldn't the lower berths in the compartment we were travelling in be alloted to us, when it was given to two young boys? This should be strictly seen to automatically while ticket is booked! More than concession this is important.

                    Train number is 07149. Boarding station is ctc, destination - kamakhya. Pnr is [protected]. My coach and seat number is b2 50, 51, 53, 58. The train arrived 5hr 40 min late because of which we are losing one whole day of our trip as we had planned. Almost a loss of 6-7 thousand rupees for hotels etc.

                    Even before arrival there was no announcement of the platform or coach position. The train just randomly arrived on p2 and we had to rush with all the luggages causing inconvenience. We had paid almost 7500 for 4 tickets. We deserve better treatment than this. I request you to compensate my family for the inconveniences. Thank you.

                        I have to go to vikhroli from titwala in the afternoon so i visited at jtbs counter at 14:17 to take return ticket of vikhroli but the lady at the ticket counter 91 took 54 rupees from me. I asked her about that she told "itna hi hota hai, hamara roj ka hai" as i was in hurry i don't argued with her. Please look into this on priority basis. If she takes from every customer, then how much she will be earning till end of the day.

                          Today iam travelling in the train no:12577 s3 65 but when i saw the coach at warangal it is filled with unauthorized persons even i found difficulty to get my seat back from unauthorized persons who are travelling in the train near about 50 members who doesnot have ticket are travelling which is worst in case of security and privacy of mine so many other people travelling in the train. Railway employees who are at the station also not responding by seeing all the situation in the coach. I[censored]nauthorized persons who does not even taken a ticket travelling with equal right with reserved person like me then why should i reserve? Please answer my question and you should answer me because iam feeling uncomfortable and security less even iam not sleeping whith the fear of theft because all are unauthorized

                            Last week we are travelling from njp to gkp in 3ac berth.
                            And we take buy waterbottles in the train which are coming from the inner sellers of the train but that water is not wealth and the bottle company is fake there is not exact or know label on water supply. There breakfast is also not upto wealth. Please check nd verify your products and supply and make you railway as much better you can. The train is lohit express

                              Date 26th June 2019, Train no. 18311, Sambalpur Banaras express is running very late. It arrived at ROURKELA railway station at 1645 hrs and departed at 1700 hrs. But information given on site www.etrain.info is showing that it departed at 1615hrs. According to site the train was 7 minutes late when it departed from from rourkela station but actually it was 53 minutes late when left rourkela station.

                                Today we came by train no.17651 changalpattu-kachiguda coach no. - b4, seat no. 58, 59, 61, 62, a. C. 3 tier, ticket by the name of sravanth (Mobile no. [protected]) & others, reached kachiguda station today morning. We found that all our luggage bags were damaged by rats overnight. Two of the bags are brand new and got severely damaged along with clothes inside one of the bags beyond repairable. Please look into the matter.

                                It is very disappointing to see the damaged bags nibbled by rats. The worth of the bags including cloths damaged is about rs. 6000 and we expect a reimbursement for the damage as displayed in the photo.

                                Despite regular announcements by the government of india and railways regarding improvement of quality of food and maintenance of coaches, the maintenance is further worsening day by day.
                                Please let me know if you can reimburse the amount else we have no other option but to approach consumer forum/ombudsmen.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am using this application for booking pass/ tickets hardly it works .it have so many issues .
                                  Today I charged by railway 260 RS fine I booked my pass in 25 Jun 2019 morning 9.30 pass is booked with date of tomorrow which should be of today .

                                  Yesterday also my transaction failed for booking pass using this app
                                  Also on 15 Jun 2019 my pass booking failure amount RS 130 not refunded yet.

                                  Instead off railways app team should be apologized to me railway ticket staff took written aplogy from me for telling them this scenario, bug full app complains.

                                  Also they are going to make charge sheet against me if I didn't gave written applogy for complaining for there app saying this as my miss behavior.

                                  I was audio recording all the things which are happening against me they also took my phone and deleted the recording.

                                  I paid the charges I didn't had money that's why I booked online pass .I called my friend for money and paid the charge.

                                  This app has so many defect still they launch this app which Never works and future dates pass booking happening (there is no line pass will be from next day u also have to buy your tickets to travel today )also so many times booking fails, no booked tickets shows even on success.

                                  Because of this UTS application failure of functionality, ordinary people like me have to pay the fine separately and also vesting people time and money .

                                  Like after booking of pass also have to take ticket and if transaction failed no money refund happened for me yet in my bank account.

                                  Consumer Court should help me regarding this and should ban this app till they fix the bugs before launching.

                                    I have booked tickets in the name of champa ghosh pnr no [protected] for grd link pass exp 53520 to go to kolkota station when patna kolkota train arrived we were little but confused as there was no announcement about my train but then we tried to enter the train the ticket collector denied our entry into train stating you do not have ticket the same train we were having reserved coach. Now i missed the train and i can not file tdr also plus mental agony i request at least refund my ticket amount

                                      At ajmeri gate in new delhi railway station at the baggage checking area someone pick pocketed my phone, i had oneplus 6T, mirror black colour, EMEI number of my phone is [protected].I lost it on 21/06/19.It got pick pocketed at around 3:30 pm.If you guys are able to track the phone using EMEI number and find the phone then please send me an email and if there is something you guys want to know then you are welcome to email me.please try to find the phone as fast as possible it has not been too long since the theft so it will be easier to track it now.Thanks

                                      અમૃતવેલ થી ભાણવડ જવા માટે જે રેલ્વે ફાટક આવેલી છે તેના ઉપર ફાટક મેન 24 કલાક હાજર હોતો નથી જે સાજના 5.30 થી ફવ ર ના 8.30 સુધી ફાટક બંધ કરીને જતો રેહતો હોવાથી તકલીફ પડે છે. જેમા ખાશ કરીને ખેડુત ને સવાર ના વહેલા ખેતર મા કરવા જતા હોય છે તેને 3 કિલોમીટર ફરી ને જવુ પડે છે.માટે આ ફાટક ઉપર 24 કલાક ફાટક મેન રાખવા વિનંતી.
