Indian Railways — bed bugs in 2 ac coach - train no 12837

Hi, last night i was travelling from howrah to bhubaneswar in howrah puri superfast express. Train number is 12837. There were lot of bed bugs in my seat and i could not sleep whole night due to this. How the hell are you guys taking care of indian railways. Everytime i travel in a night journey train, either some guard/railway police guy is molesting some girl or i am seeing bed bugs. At least if you are getting salary, do some good work man. Useless waste indian railways. That's why our country is not a developed one. If you have some shame left, at least get a bed bugs treatment done in this train.
