This is to inform you that the charging ports in our train having train no. (16381) from Pune to Kanyakumari has not been working since the time we boarded it. It is highly inconvenient for us to travel like this. Since our mobile batteries are almost draining, it will also be a matter of safety since we will not be having any way to contact anyone. My seat number is S3 26. And my PNR number is [protected]. Our journey started on sat 4 feb 2023.
