Indian Railways — complaint against the railway parking, extra charges and misbehave with customer

Hello, i have parked my car at delhi cantt. Railway station on 21/05/2023. The attendant asked me for Rs. 900 for parking from morning 06.24am to 11.49pm for the same day. When i asked him about his id card he shows his aadhar card than i asked him to show his company ID so, he refuses and said he dont have after that the on duty person misbehaved with me and collected the amount by saying mera naam raj kumar hai, jo karna hai kar lo, yaha roj aese he log aate hai, paise do or nikalo .

I will like to know from authorities of delhi government following facts
1- the name and designation of authority who approved the charges of parking
2- why the charges for overnight or 24 hours is not fixed for parking the car?
3- the availability of parking space/facility of cars near delhi cantt. Railway station within reasonable distance
4- who is responsible to take punishable actions against the parking owner/contractor or their employees for charging undue amount?

In chennai chintadripet MRTS Line, there is a scam happening..they have made the designated 2. Wheeler parking place as private car parking and collect money for that... The 2 wheelers that actually come to use the train are sent out and asked to park outside somewhere in open space. These 2 wheelers are the PPL who actually use the train.. car parking PPL simply park since there is no space in home...please address
