Indian Railways — Complaint for Misbehavior by T.T.E.

With reference to the above I would like to State the following points about the treatment provided by T.T.E. on duty.
a) Total 7 passenger of the family to travel Bandra Terminus (BDTS) to Marwar Jn. (MJ) on dt. 15.08.2014
b) Tickets were booked online as per the Reservation Slip Provision 6 persons in single form.
One extra person (7th member) ticket booked by separate R/ Slip as per the format through window
c) 6 Passengers were confirmed in coach S/7. Remaining name was confirmed in coach No. S2/6 passenger name Miss. Tanisha Ganpat Lakhara Age 8 years (Female).

1) We assured by the T.T.E. in the S/7 compartment to allow S2/6 passenger confirmed by him, to travel during night journey in place of any of Male Passenger of our family ( Coach S/7) can transfer berth.
2) While Train left Surat Junction, Mr. Ganpat .Lakhara, Male Passenger one of our family went to berth S/2-6, T.T.E. objected & forced to leave the particular berth and refused to take charge of berth because of 5 other female passengers were travelling. Any how he turned up and deny to adjust the seat/berth as he agreed first.
3) As he agreed then denied and stick on his decision to transfer for any one of lady/female passenger from our confirmed seat, what was the purpose behind it?
4) Was it any reason to leave a small girl just about 8 years old? We don’t know the purpose behind it?
5) So many times we request and tried him to make understand to adjust for a night time. Ultimately we found that he was no co-operating with us, we asked him the name because he did not attached his official badge on his coat (Duty Uniform) He misbehave with us and told to find out from the railway deptt.
6) In the compartment, coach S7, wait-list passenger (PNR No.[protected].) travelled on floor to whom I requested to adjust in our single berth confirmed S2/6 and we were ready to manage our 6 members seat with the 7 family members, but he refused and used bed words to said “Yeda” I front of all the passengers and misbehave with us with a threatening to throw away passenger with the luggage out of the compartment. Even he used words that at Vadodara Station we called R.P.F. who will treat you better than me.

I would request to Western Railways to clarify that whether R.P.F. appointed to protect railway property and rail passengers or to just listen only what duty officer/T.T.E. informed them as what he thought.

There were so many passengers were travelling wait listed in the compartment with the adjustment under the watch by T.T.E. Was it any different rule decided by the Railway Authority and used by T.T.E. during train journey?

Please let me know how many Kgs. Luggage to be allowed with reserved tickets and how much Cash to be carried out during travel in the train.

Kindly explain the things mentioned above to satisfaction and if you cannot reply please give me the address of particular department or any officer who will take an action against T.T.E. under intimation to me.
