Sir, my Rly
quarter is 6A1/Unit-1 at Golebazar, Kharagpur. Nobody was interested to take
that quarter but I took that quarter because I had been staying on rent outside
the railway area from 02 to 03 years which was far from my working place. I
came to know that previous occupant (doctor)’s wife was beaten by an
encroacher. There are about 15-20 Rly
quarters while in a reply of RTI of 23/5/2011, it was said that total 40
encroachers are residing behind my quarter i.e one tongue within 40 tooth and
more than 02 times of Rly quarters. These15-20 Rly quarters are surrounded by
boundary wall and road from three sides then how Rly land behind my quarter
could be encroached; it can be understood easily. Mostly are trackmen who
appointed from coolie. They create nuisance and Threaten to occupant of Rly
quarter. About 02 years ago, they were tried to beat an occupant of Rly
quarter. When I came in support of that occupant of Rly quarter, they were
tried to beat me and my family and abused .Some unauthorized structures are
used on rent or sell and purchase. New-new encroachers are mushrooming. Local
wine and alcohol are selling and drinking by side of my quarter. Sometimes outsiders
and encrochers were took drink in front of my quarter. Many railway quarters
are subleted due to which they don’t oppose the activities of outsiders and
encrochers. I and my wife complained a no. of times to remove encroachment but
no action has been taken. On 21/07/2013, at about 4.30 PM some outsiders and
encrochers were taking alcoholic drink in front of my quarter even in my
presence. I complained but no action has been taken. Again I approached to AEN
(sett.) & SSE (W)/NE but they didn’t take any intrest. Finaly I fenced my
quarter on own cost because SSE (W)/NE refused to supply man and materials.
Encrochers didn’t like this. On date 11/08/13 at about 21.00hrs, Bhailal S/o
Dullu trackman of gang no. 15 under SSE (P-W)/Rupsa who has encroached railway
land and residing behind my quarter with his two friends, one is also trackman
and another perhaps RPF person suddenly started slang language and throwing
stones in my quarter. First we couldn’t understand that what happened.
Subsequently we came to know that his daughter has injured. He and his two
friends were blameing me that injury occurred due to fencing of my quarter.

Bhailal, trackman and
his two friends broke the fencing and XPM net of my quarter (i.e damaged the
railway properties) and threatened to murder me and my familyand kidnap my son.
I phoned to Sr. DEN (Co-ord)/KGP & Sr. SC/RPF. RPF person came at late
night but Bhailal, trackman and his two friends fled away.

On 12 &13/08/13, I reported to DRM, Sr.
DEN (Co-ord), DEN (S), OC/RPF and secretary/SERPOA. I personaly met with DRM. I
also lodged a complained vide P.S GDE No.807 dtd 12/08/13 at town police
station, kharagpur but till date no action has been taken either by railway
administration or by local administration. Children of encroachers often throw
stones in my compound on tree of Guava. Stones have also come in courtyard of my
quarter due to which we can injure. Last
year my wife had injured due to throwing of stones. They also step up on roof
for theft. On 27/05/2014, I scolded the
children but again on 28/05/2014, they thrown stones and create nuisance. Again
on 28/05/2014, at evening I scolded a child to see the nuisance. The trackmen
and their families came to my quarter and soughted with slang language and
Threatened. I phoned to AEN (settlement)/KGP and RPF ASI Sri A C DAS. Sri Das
came to my quarter. I told him about matter. He said that he will inquire on
next day. At about 23.00 hrs, a local policeman came with encroachers (mostly
trackmen) and their friends. They threatened me. They want to enter my quarter
forcefully. Local policeman told me to report to police station at 9.00 hrs on
29/05/2014. I went to police station at 9.00 hrs on 29/05/2014 where I came to
know that encroachers have already lodged a complaint against me by giving
false statement. It is very unfortunate that Local police did not take any
action on P.S.GDE NO. 807dtd. 12/08/13 but police registered a case against me
on 28/5/14. After a no. of complaints, no action has also been taken from Engg.
and administration side of Rly even no any departmental action on rly employees
i.e .
on trackmen. RPF has also
said in his letter that Engg. Dept. and electrical dept. are involved with encroachers.
On 31/5/14, Railway admn. tried to fence the railway colony from the sides of
encroachers but due to oppose of encroachers, fencing cannot be done.

I request you to please remove
encroachment and take action against trackmen that have encroached railway land
and disturbing the authorized persons of quarters. They are also hooking in
electric pole by stepping up on roof of quarter and using hitter, T.V, fans etc
while we are facing the shortage of electric, fluctuation in current and damage
of home appliances.

Few days ago, I have heared that Rly. Admn.
has issued a notice against 17 encrochers (trackmen) to shift in their Rly
quarters. Now they are threatening to harm me and my family with help of
outsiders. We are feared. We cannot live peacefully in quarter. My son is a
student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT, KGP. They can harm me and my family. I,
therefore, again request you; please take action from railway as well as local
administration side also and provide security so that we can live peacefully
and feel safe & secure. I am facing the problems from last 06 years so now I
hope that you will consider my case on top priority and solve my problems as
early as possible.

    Sir, in 15 janvary i m going to jaipur to falna.in this day the train nub.14311 are cancel than i am travel in other train 12916.this train(nub.-14311) already cancel than in Gandhi nagar railway station by ticket master give me a ticket on cancelation train.than i am pay a fine in my station Falna due to ticket checking by a station master. Sir i am don't know about ticket fare of jaipur to falna.only a fine pay due to travel in super fast train the fare deference is 15 rupees of junral ticket.

      Dear Sir We have have booked parcel for Jallandhar cantt from Kota on 15.1.2015 bearing PRR no[protected]PWB/JRC-JRC-Jallandhar Cantt Train No : 12471 Swaraj Express : F/SLR NO 99711 Jallandhar Cantt Parcel employees did not bother to drop the parcel from the train. On 19.1.2015 we complaint in Parcel kota office then came to know that the material is lying at Delhi. with their help and support, the parcel was again boarded on Shahid Express but this time again the careless parcel employees of Jallandhar Cantt did not bother to drop and again we did get our material. Sir, this parcel contains Question papers of about 8500 number of students who are appearing a examination which is to be held on 21.1.2015. If we do not get this parcel then there would be a loss of students and a huge financial loss to us. This would be the whole responsibility of Railway Parcel office.         I was traveled in GUWAHATI EXP - 12515 yesterday(18/01/2015) night from Coimbatore to Chennai central. I reserved my ticket and got seat number S8-29. But in that train, ticket verification not happened and lot many unreserved people's (there are from north) are occupied to all seats. TTR was not cleared that crowed from the reserved coach and didn't take any action on that. Reserved coach look likes unreserved coach. I was very much disturbed by that people and didn't sleep well not only me other passenger ladies and kids. There is no space for breath. Around 200 unreserved people occupied in each second class sleeper coach in that train 12515. I don't know whether they took general class ticket I couldn't understand why that people not occuping in AC coach. Passenger who booking and travelling in sleeper class are not human being? Today (19/1/2015) I given a complaint to Dy. Station Manager in Chennai Central, he giving irresponsible answer "this is usual things happening in that we cant do anything casually telling" I don't know TTE and RPF are sleeping or getting extra money from those people Please need to take necessary action for the following TTE, RPF, and avoid who are travelling with unreserved ticket in that coach My PNR no is : [protected] Regards Rameshkumar R [protected]

        In 16232 Mysore express many unreserved are occupying the sleeper coach even they are not giving seat to the reserved berth. It is very disgusting that there is no RPF or TTE to support. Kindly look into this as many people travelling with kids and old people will suffer a lot

            Hi, I have filed a TDR on 28th December as i wasn't able to cancel the ticket because chart was prepared. Since then the TDR Status is "CR Registered" and i am not sure when am i going to get the refund. I tried contacting irctc for it and they mentioned that they can't do anything with respect to TDR as these refunds are processed by zonal railway offices.                 Dear Sir, We booked tickets from Vishakapatnam to Secunderabad for 10/12/2014 vide ticket bearing PNR numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] and [protected](e ticket). From 10/12/2014 to 14/12/2014 the total coastal region was demolished and severely effected by HUDHUD due to which our train was cancelled. We TOO were stuck at Araku valley without any proper facilities like food or transport to get out of the valley along with communication network for cancellation of tickets. As a result of HUDHUD devastation and with great difficulty we were able to start on 13/10/2014 reached Tuni via Paderu (stayed there for more than one day as the road is not cleared) and then to Hyderabad by 16/10/2014 morning and lodged our claim for refund, however we have now received a reply letter that our claim could not be honoured as it was not lodged within time frame of 72 hours. Kindly note that total Vishakapatnam, Araku, Paderu was left without electricity, communication and any other facility for more than one week and in such a situation, It was absolutely impossible to seek refund within 72 hours.                   TDR refund has been rejected for RAC tickets (TDR filed within 3 hours of actual arrival at source station): I have filed TDR for RAC tickets and it has been rejected and reason provided is : "Invalid TDR Timestmap : RAC" which is not the case in actual.                     To whosoever it may concern . This is to bring to your notice that I and my family were travelling back to amritsar from new delhi in a well known n executive train new delhi amritsar shatabdi (12013) . It has no schedule to stop at jandiala but it stopped there for about 25 minutes and at manavala for 10 minutes. On the other hand it stopped at ludhiana for 15 minutes whereas the stoppage time announced in the train itself is for 3 minutes . I think trains like shatabdi charge so much because its a priority train . is it a consumer friendly train or a consumer harrasment train Regards jasmeet narag [protected]@gmail.com

                      Hello sir,
                      Iam right now travelling in train no. 12987 from sealdah. This train was late for about 1 hr 40mins from their only. After crossing mugalsarai it started to get more late till now it is 18km before allahabad and late by 4hr 45 mins. Though it is unnecessarily holding every forth place. It would be logical for holding when passing for trains, but it not at all. Only 1or2 trains been passed during this holdings. And also their is no such fog to hamper running the train. As it is morning to noon time for this u can verify weather report.
                      I am travelling regularly in this route after every 6months in this train since last 6-7yrs, usually it get late or willingly get lated between mugalsarai to Kanpur only.
                      How the other trains run on time while ministers are travelling on the same season of winteron same route.
                      I request you to take immediate action in this regard and also check train stations where they get late more. Like wise u can check this train running time of last days both ups and downs time and where from it is getting late.
                      I hope u would be taking immediate steps in regarding to it. And get trains run on proper time.

                        I Request that the Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kacheguda Division of Railway Stations which are under the SCR to please handle the Train MANAGEMENT PROPERLY. Almost all the Platforms are idle and and yet they handle the income trains or outgoing trains with worst care. So shame of the Railway management, that the Local Trains arrive on main P.F.No1 or 10 and same is the Case with Passenger Trains they too arrive on P.No.1 or 10 whereas the Superfast Trains such as Duronto, Rajdhani, Shatabdi and other S.F Trains arrive on the inner platforms. Y are the Station Administration Department people so Reckless and careless in Logical Thinking are the Passengers fools to pay high for the Services and get hopless service while Railways is Charging Service Charges for what ???

                          i booked one retiring room at delhi railway station with tran id [protected] and ref no. DL1RR108423 through ircturourism .com on 02.12.14 for check in on 05.01.14 but on arrival at retiring room it was informed that the room allotted is under repairing hence you may apply for refund. it is requested to refund the money in my bank account after confirmation from concerned railway zone.

                            sir, i asked booking clk of satrod to renew of my mst as 6/1/15 from satrod to hisar.firstly refused to renew the My MST, and when i complied to do so, he tell me your i card issued to u must be laminated first further I asked to show me rule he said that to know the said rule apply RTI. .AS shown on web site (2007) of railway as on date showing that it should be given covered a plastic which to be covered to be issued to customer on payment of Rs 1/-( i have already paid for same on initial stage Rs 5/-), Then i went to to station master of satrod for complain regarding matter and i further asked complaint register, he refuse to do so saying that you are without ticket .then i again go to tkt clk tor buy a tkt . he again refused to to do so i will not give you tkt. then he complain any other rep rail way staff or any one i do not know other side who was recieving his call stating that he {ME) is disturbing me perform my govt duty, to get aclose arrested at site and then another staff as intoduced by clk as Sirsa region bkg clk . first u have to pay rail ways 255/- for without ticket. i then said that i have gone tobkg clk a/ matter ' he again asked for fine, then i was agreed to do so but they did not done so and not given me complaint book . at last i purchased a normal clk from same but issued by new introduced clk( as asked by me and approved by old clk, I faced so many problem .

                                We were traveling from Udampur to Thrissur in 12446(UTTAR S KRANTI) on 27th December 2014 at 19:50. The train was about to reach New Delhi station at 06:50 am on 28th December 2014. But the train was running eight hours late. So we missed the connection train 12432(TRIVNDRM RJDHNI) from H NIZAMUDDIN (NZM) station, which was about to depart at 10:55 am on 28th December 2014.                                   i m travelling with family for new delhi to gaya on 3 jan 2015.. train no is 22410... train name is garib rath... i am very disappointed facility of indian railway.. i m suffering lots of problems firstly it has been given handicap seats.. .. there r too dirt here there, seat also not comfortable, there is also problem of air and also not good environment because of attached staff seats.....

                                  This is ajay dubey Pnr-[protected] travelling from gorakhpur to asansol by gkp-asn exp..train no -1350 in s4 berth no 1. The trains compartment is totally unhygienic and its difficult for the passangers to stay comfortabely..the trains staff is saying that this train doesnt undergoes cleaning. Kindly pay attention to this as its very fatal for the passanger to travel in prevailing conditions.

                                    Dear All ( Responsible Railway Authorities) This is for the information train no. 06517 YESWANTPUR TO MIRAJ JN. My PNR no. [protected] Date of my Journey[protected], scheduled departure from Yeswanthpur, 20:40. No advance information was provided, on the local station Subject Train about the delay of the arrival . We passengers like a scape goat, were to put up with the stinking AC waiting hall with unclean, unhygenic, lockless toilets. And the train at last departed from Yeswantpur at around 1 Am, even though it was announced at 0.30 AM. The train throughout the journey was travelling behind schedule. And to the pathetic situation came to know there is no pantry car, and there for no tea or coffee or any other food items. So we are at the mercy of the vendors who bring food or other eatables on junctions where the train stops. Had nothing to eat from 9 AM the morning of the[protected], till evening 5 pm, almost died due hunger, subsequently severe head ache, giddiness, and almost like a mental stroke, sorry I am not able to explain the exact medical terms, of that extreme mental trauma which I had faced on the date of[protected]. Also there was also no water, and left to drink the tap water due to starvation, and suffered sever throat infection, extreme cold, and extreme cough. There is huge loss in terms of loss of business which I had come to attend, and the due to loss of my mental and physical health . Due to above inconvenience caused by Indian Railways, requesting Indian railways to pay a compensation of Rs 5, 00, 000 on three counts of irregulations as mentioned below 1) Running the train late behind schedule causing huge inconvenience to me as passenger. 2) Not informing the concerned me, though sms alerts, on the delayed schedule, leaving me in confusion, and risking my health, as a result of the delay, I were made to wait in the waiting hall with no proper arrangements to sleep or take rest. 3)Not providing enough catering services like basic amnities such as water, tea or cofee or basic food, through the day from morning, even to while I was travelling on 2 AC class. I have registered complain with Station master on[protected] vide complaint no 43 dated[protected] timing 17.15 .Any one can refer for the confirmation of my case. And the railways authorities explained, the train from Chandigarh came late and therefore the delay of departure from yeswanthpur has trigger the chain of delays on the journey all the way to late arrival at Miraj junction at 5 pm. Also explained about the non availablity of the pantry car on the subject train. Is it the responsiblity of the passengers to know whether pantry car is available or not, and to carry all food arrangements along with all other baggage and valuables gadgets we carry. I have learnt a hard lesson from Indian railways on the first of this year 2015, never ever trust the Indian railways for the timings, and plan your trip, you may have travelling through Indian railways as the last arrangements, and not the foremost option. Especially think twice before your important trips . Let me see, if the shameful, railway authorities have any guts to respond to this action, and can they give a valid reason for all such mess.
