regarding Bandra - Virar Train Time : - 7.52 PM

Dear sir I want ask question to western railway management regarding Bandra - Virar Train Time : - 7.52 PM Its Destination time to Virar At 9.07 pm. I am travelling from this train from last 5 years. But its hardly reached on time and more than 75% its reaches after 9.20 pm. Now a time its cross the time limit to 9.30 pm. That means every days its running 18-25 minutes late. I hope you will find out the solution....

Poor service and no food in Rajdhani Exp.

I am travelling in Rajdhani Exp, 12431 from Vasai Rd. to Delhi. I have not been offered welcome kit. Also at morning water given for preparing tea was not hot. Shall I be penalised to board wrong train despite having valid ticket ?
