Please find enclosed my letter dated 20.11.2017 through ecrly/r/ 2017/80184 and your reply vide letter no. Wpe/22/rti/hq.343/17, dated 20.11.2017 with regard to action taken against namala sanyasi rao (Provident fund no. Npsigo70425) recruited as assistant loco pilot with false medical certificate of physical fitness and later on became junior clerk and presently working in east coast railway, cao (Con), waltair division, visakhapatnam.

Namala sanyasi rao having tendency of criminal conspiracy with much greed indulged in forgery and encroachment of land for constructing multi storey building situated at bhavani gardens, old iti junction, visakhapatnam resulting 2 firs filed by the vth town police station of visakhapatnam vide nos.493/2015, dated 19.11.2015 & 104/2016, dated 15.04.2016 under sections 417, 420, 468, 471 r/w. 34 ipc.in order to avoid arrest namala sanyasi rao had obtained 2 anticipatory bails from iv addl. District & sessions judge, visakhapatnam vide crl. M. P. 2510/2015, dated 14.12.2015 & crl. M. P. 1263/2016, dated 27.05.2016 (Copies enclosed).in first fir no.493/2015 forgery of documents have been proved by forensic laboratory, hyderabad and charge sheet filed in iiird metropolitan magistrate court, visakhapatnam vide c. C. No.196/2017, dated 03.04.2017 (Copies enclosed for information).

I have received an information from the railway board, new delhi stating that, “gm (Vigilance)/ecor vide his letter no. Ecor/vi/ pers/comp./253/16/397 dtd.[protected] intimated that the allegations made against sri namala sanyasi rao has been investigated by vigilance department of south central railway on the reference made by central vigilance commission. The case has been inquired by vigilance department/ecor/bbs against namala sanyasi rao, junior clerk and based on the report, major penalty charge sheet (Sf-5) has been issued by dy. Cee/con/vskp vide letter no. E/con/nsr/d and a/2017/244 dated 01.11.2017”

Because of too much greediness for money namala sanyasi rao had dared to join as asst. Loco pilot as the job is fetching more money than other similar posts despite his disability of having a disease of epilepsy by birth. He worked as asst. Loco pilot for 8 years is nothing but played deadly game with lakhs of commuters travelled by trains.

The truth of his dangerous employment had come to knowledge of the family members when police questioned his occupation for filing fir for involving in the above mentioned forgery and criminal conspiracy cases.

The above played deadly game is unwarranted and condemnable by each and every body as the commuters travelled by trains operated by the greedy epilepsy disease person for 8 years is horrible.in this connection, it should be made known to everybody that, such epilepsy disease greedy persons should not occupy very sensitive jobs involving security of public life.

The related information sought under rti act, 2005 dated 20.11.2017 has not been supplied stating that the issue is not related to large public interest. This is the issue is connected with lakhs of commuters travelled by trains for 8 years.

In this connection, you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action against namala sanyasi rao immediately.

Shri tirupathiatchibabu s/o. Late nookaraju is belonging to “dasari” caste which is listed at sl. No.6 in back ward castes category-a list and permanent resident of dasaridhoddi, door no. 13-7-10, kaspa street, devunigummam, anakapalli-531001is a land lord and having commercial shops at main road of anakapalli. The details of family members are furnished hereunder;

 wife : tirupathi varalakshmi, money lender.
 daughter : tirupathi satyavathi, money lender.
 son : tirupathi raja venkata nookaraju, railway employee working at hubli.
 son : tirupathi raja ravi, money lender.
 son : tirupathi mohan rao, reserve police constable working at kakinada.

Shri tirupathi atchibabu is by birth rich though he got appointment as greaser in visakhapatnam port trust, ore handling complex by producing false/forgery caste certificate of “kondakapu” (Scheduled tribe) and related educational certificates. Later on he got promotion as driver and after some service quit the job by applying vrs scheme from get rid of the prosecution and punishment as some of his batch mates who were appointed on the same grounds were prosecuted and jailed.
After quitting the job by enjoying the retirement benefits and monthly pension he is organizing call money and real estate business along with his family members and now and then involving in forgery of documents and conspiracy.

Now, shri tirupathi atchibabu has grabbed my property by forging signatures and managing gvmc officials for illegal construction of multy storey building at bhavani gardens, visakhapatnam.in this connection, fir no.493/2015, dated 19.11.2015 booked by vth town police station (Kancharapalem) on the directions of the commissioner of police, visakhapatnam complaint receipt no: 933/2015, dated 18.11.2015. The above antecedents of shri tirupathi atchibabu has exposed during police interrogation that my relative who is belonging to back ward caste “dasari” got employment by producing false/forgery caste certificate of “kondakapu” scheduled tribe and related educational certificate.

Shri tirupathiatchibabu retired driver and now pensioner has cheated the department by producing false caste certificate & related education certificates for getting government job illegally the quota of schedule tribe, which is the benefit of real schedule tribe candidate depriving his birth right/opportunity.

In view of the above, shritirupathiatchibabu is not a deserving person to draw the present monthly pension and whatever he drawn earlier as salary and extra benefits.in this connection, you are requested to order for an enquiry to punish the culprit by stopping payment of monthly pension and recover the money paid earlier.

Vasireddy alias vagiri siva satyanarayana, s/o. Late vasireddy narayana is a priest inherited for generations of temple sri vallabha narayana swamy situated in kotyada village, lakkavarapukota mandal, vizianagaram district belonging to dasari caste which is a back ward caste serial no.6. Prior to independence of india, in and around vizianagaram district, dasari caste families are appointed as archakas (Priests) for performing pujas in lieu of brahmans, who are not inclined to reside in isolated villages.

Vasireddy alias vagiri siva satyanarayana had produced false schedule tribe caste certificate i. E. “bagatha” dated 27.12.1988 at chintapalli mandal revenue office for employement registration and thereafter, produced mandatory attestation of caste and other details by the revenue divisional officer, visakhapatnam was forged to get rid of from the verification of caste certificate for getting employment in port trust visakhapatnam. The register maintained at revenue divisional officer, visakhapatnam can be verified for alleged conspiracy for forging the then revenue divisional officer’s signature.

Vasireddy alias vagiri siva satyanarayana’s father vasireddy narayana was died when he was 5 years old and his younger sister 2 years old. His mother vasireddy appalanarasamma became priest after demise of her husband as the heir vasireddy siva satyanaryana was only 5 years old. Vasireddy siva satyanaryana after attaining the age of majority i. E. 18 years instead of taking charge of temple priest he changed his original surname vasireddy as vagiri and produced false schedule tribe caste (Bagatha) certificate and got employment in visakhapatnam port trust and his mother is continuing charge of priest of sri vallabha narayana swamy temple and enjoying the cultivation of temple land of 2.41 acres in survey no.48/1.

Recently, vasireddy alias vagiri siva satyanarayana was involved in conspiracy and forgery of signature for grabbing plot situated at survey no.63/3a consisting of 300 square yards at bhavani gardens, kapparada village, visakhapatnam booked two fir no.493/2015, dated 19.11.2015 and fir no.104/2016, dated 15.04.2016 by the 5th town police station, visakhapatnam under sections 417, 468 & 471 ipc. Vasireddy siva satyanarayana is enjoying the benefit of cultivating the temple land and getting priest salary through his mother by virtue his original caste ‘dasari’ which is listed backward caste (Serial no.6) and at the same time enjoying the benefits of schedule tribe by illegal entry in to government service by producing false s. T. Certificate and forgery of attestatation of revenue divisional officer of visakhapatnam district and getting no. Of promotions within a span of 25 years of service.
