I had booked a train ticket (PNR no - [protected]) for 17th June 2023 from Vskp to Rjy for the Train No: 20833 - Vande Bharat express. But the train has been rescheduled from 5.45 AM (Actual departure) to 11 :45 AM. So I had filed TDR before the train departure for the refund with the reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled." . But still I haven't got my refund yet and when I check the refund status in https://refunds.indianrail.gov.in/refund/refund.ref_status_public . It is showing the wrong TDS status as CASE REPUDIATED with the reason - "TRAIN DIVERTED AND PASSENGER NOT TRAVELLED" .But you can check the train records on 17th June 2023 and you can find my attached documents as well like Booked train ticket, TDR request with the reason - "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled." and the wrong refund status reason from railway end.
So please reopen the TDR and process the refund as soon as possible to my source/debited bank account. Let me know if you have any questions.Attached all the required documents. Please verify and reopen the TDR.
